Immaculate with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Noise, too close to O’Neills and very loud groups leaving from 1:00 right through to 3 in the morning. Also, people sitting outside the building smoking and chatting throughout evening which meant we had to keep windows closed and it was really hot. Need summer duvets now!

Good facilities for self catering and very roomy. Great location with views over the law courts.
Bedside tables needed and a couple of windows need fixing.

The location was good for what we had planned for our visit.
Upon arrival (agreed time of 3pm) we were met by the cleaner at 3.15pm as we were unable to gain access with the log in details we had been provided , she stated it was not ready shrugged her shoulders and told us to come back in and hour, so not a good start. Parking was very complicated to understand so we parked in multi-storey for ease. The bathroom underfloor heating was struck on a very high temperature all weekend, so made the apartment very hot , we did advise Contact and all that was said was that they would let the owner know, so had to leave all windows open all weekend and this made the apartment noisy! A good base but if times cannot be met then communication would be good.

Perfect location. Easy walk to the city centre and places of interest, while in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Clean apartment with excellent view. Very helpful and accommodating host who let you experience what is outstanding hospitality. Thanks to Désirée!

Perfect location and set up. Facilities very comfortable and had everything I needed in place. Hosts very helpful and responsive.

Really enjoyed our stay here couldn’t of thought of anywhere better ,great value for money , very clean and come with everything you would need. Proposed to my partner here so will hold a lot of happy memories for us, Would definitely stay here again!!

The flat was a great location to explore Winchester which is very nice to visit. Désirée was always at hand to help with any questions or needs.
Flat & communal area are a little run down but we enjoyed our stay there.

The location is perfect, I couldn't have asked for a more central apartment, plus the view from the windows are beautiful. Having been a student at Winchester Uni back in the 90's I wanted to revisit. However I was amazed that on Booking.com or Airbnb there were no apartments reasonably priced in the city centre. This is literally the ONLY one! The estate agent who oversees the lettings was wonderful, replying to any request within an hour. I highly recommend this. In fact, I was in two-minds whether to post this review, as I've booked to return, and would like to keep it a secret place, if I enthuse too much they'll put the prices up/or it'll always be booked out!
Winchester Council seems to operate a wine bottle/glass bin recycle collection EVERY GODDAMN MORNING around 6am right beneath the bedroom window!!!! Ha! - However this is not the apartment's fault.

Parking in Winchester was a nightmare. There was a parking permit for the property, but nowhere to park in that zone.
