Good location away from “downtown” but only a few min drive by golf cart. Across a S andy street from the ocean and dock. Room was clean. They had fun daily activities and staff were great. We stayed in a room with a full kitchen, which we wanted. Apparently not all rooms had a full kitchen. AC worked! And the shower had hot water.

The kitchen wasnt that well appointed. Only 2 large soup spoons, no small spoons, only 3 small forks, only 2 glasses etc.

Reception (Mandy) was very welcoming. First name basis right away and attended to any request. Helped us with vehicle rental and water tour. Helpful with directions. Great, quiet room with only occasional street noise and away from night club on beach side.

Typical very firm beds but still slept well. Lost water pressure one time, maybe due to pool cycling

location was great! on the beach and within walking distance of many beach rest/bars. The staff everyone of them are friendly and very attentive . the nauti crab restaurant and bar offers a different activity daily! don’t miss the “crab races”on Tuesday nite they are hilarious ! the views are spectacular !

it needs updating period. if you want the authentic belizian experience this is the resort for you. too rustic for what I am accustomed to for accommodations.

The top floor studio overlooking the pool was larger than what we expected . We loved the kindness and quick response of the caretaker Mandy. It was central and close to a supermarket and some restaurants and bars .

Mandy was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. She does a fantastic job running this resort-would definitely stay again!

Microwave! Bedroom was extremely comfortable, dark, noise proof and a/c was perfect. Mandie and Lucy ..very helpful and adorable ☺️ look forward to staying there again

If I could give this place a zero I would. we got there and from the outside of the building I knew it would have been bad the room was very small the bed was too low to the floor they had a couch bed next to the bed and when I sat on it one of the spring from the couch bed scratch my arm we left about 10 mins after we got there I text the owner and explained to her tht I was not happy with the room I paid for two nights but only stayed 10 mins we had to booked at another hotel which was very hard to get a room at tht time but we did the pictures they have up on the site is a bunch of lies

Mandy was an excellent guest host. Helped us book flights, golf cart, excursions, and even gave us her personal cart for NYE dinner res. The resort was in a great location and had a fun little bar area that had fun nights like crab races and trivia.

The bathroom could use a mirror and a fan. It can get hot in there, but we've experienced this before in Ambergris Caye so it wasn't too surprising.

location was great for walking everywhere. the owners and office manager are great and really try to please you. the bar out front is fun but can be noisy which didn’t bother us.

some rooms old and not to clean or comfortable. this is not the place to stay if you like your creature comforts it is like staying in an old studio apartment in college

Cleaning maid was exellet, she made this horrible place worth for staying the days we had booked.

The room price should have been max 40 US, instead of 120 US, Free kayaks where a joke, impossible to paddle. Another joke was full equipped kitchen, even cuttingin board was missing. Room 10 had bad smell coming from toilet.

We really enjoyed staying here. Location and view was perfect and really nice and helpful staff. Best recommendations 😊

Michellee, the front desk/receptionist is very welcoming. Free shuttle to/from airport, but the golf cart has problems starting right away. They clean your room everyday, new towels each day.

The bathroom door stays locked

Staff was super nice and welcoming. One of the best rooms we had in Belize. Shower has hot water! Kitchen has enough to cook, with several appliances. The pool is great! We had a perfect view of the sunrise. Also there’s a great place to see the sunset on another building. We were located close to the bridge to the north side of Ambergris Caye, but still a perfect location! There’s a really good bakery on the main road, walking distance. The resort is in front of the water, very quiet and pacific, away from the busy main road. Bicycles and kayak were complimentary, which was really great! The owners even offered us food (again, really nice people!). They have opened a restaurant with New Orleans creole that we didn’t get a chance to try (we were offered a voucher for free samples) but looked really nice! Throughout the days they replaced the dishwasher soap, they kept leaving few extra stuff for the kitchen, etc. For two backpackers trying to save money and have a place to sleep and cook, this was just amazing!

There’s nothing bad about it! The price was great for value. I could just recommend not cleaning towels everyday (environmental reasons). And perhaps provide salt and olive oil for cooking (it’s not expensive to buy but it’s a waste as it’s not close to half used)
