It was a nice place, good location.

Noisy (upstairs), furniture was uncomfortable, water ran cold in the shower when water was turned on upstairs.

Lovely view but difficult to move luggage and walk up steep driveway and park on the street.

Noise of family over head.

the overall place was ok, when I entered the house it smelled musty, the inner shower curtain was nasty an moldy needed to be replaced. everything else was pretty clean. however the photos were much better then the actual property. the noise from upstairs was very loud a child started running through the upstairs house about 5-6:00am. it was very loud. personally I would never rent this location again. no place to park except down on the street when someone else wasn’t parked there otherwise my vehicle was on the side of the street. The dwelling drastically needs to be updated and the area rug was curling up and I tripped on it constantly. For the price I paid I expected it to be more updated and at least a clean shower curtain. The amenities were good they had a washer & dryer which I appreciated.

Clean and pretty. I wasn’t in the property that much except to sleep.

Lots of noise from upstairs when the child was running around. Not at night. Need a lighter blanket for the bed in the summer.

very loud refrigerator .TV that did not function until I purchased batteries for the remote and reprogrammed the remote. Did not have a functioning TV until the 5th day of our stay

Location was great, very close to Gig Harbor and only about 5 miles from family. The place is cute and tidy. Has washer and dryer and that was handy.

Parking is not good, if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Drive way in about 35 yards long or so and its an incline parking is on the street but that is on an incline also. Due to surgery if I had still been using my knee scooter I would not have been able to get out of my car. Also if you want to sleep in, you can hear everything that the people above are doing and they have a small child that runs everywhere in the house.
