Everything about it was nice. It was our wedding anniversary and they got us a nice cake.

Absolutely nothing

i liked everything. The only think it could be improved is having toilette goods such shampoo and conditioner and some coffee. For a short stay travelers do not usually bring these items along with them.

The view is really bad but the location 7 injures from the airport is excellent.

The host’s communication was great. really friendly. also allowed us to check out a bit later than the normal check out time. very understanding towards our later flight time. would definitely book again if in the area or flying from Cairo. very close to the airport.

Nice apartment

This is NOT Sheraton - you should stop matching Sheraton’s name to your accommodation, it’s a SCAM. We could not check-in at the reception and had to wait 45 minutes for the landlady to arrive. The apartment is nice and recently refurbished, but the overall service is very poor quality. lastly, despite the hotel is close to CAI airport, the reception doesn’t even offer a transfer to and from the airport. We had to agree on that with the landlady directly.

The apartment was amazing. Very clean and close to the airport! perfect for an overnight stay.

The view from balcony could be added in the ad. It is not a bad view but do not expect views on the pool.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very close to the airport so suited our needs perfectly for a stop over.

Plane noise.

Everything was perfect

Supporting staff, the apt. is is clean, tidy, the pool is looked after and the parking facility is good

some furniture require renovation. the location beside Al-Nasr Rd make it a bit noisy very late evenings.

Very good staff, clean, fastest internet I have seen so far in Cairo, the pool is looked after, very modern from inside.

The apartment was great. The arrangements to provide us the room at the last minute was awesome. We had great communication and the apartment had the necessary conditions to bring us comfort.

I did not like much that we had just one towel for the two bedroom apartment. As tourists, we should be told to bring that but we were not local tourists so that is something that can improve. Other than that, we really enjoyed the time we stood there.

Pillowcases were not clean in one bedroom.

The property exceeded my expectations and was very comfortable during my stay,Staff were very polite and friendly and answered all my enquiries when needed! Would 100% recommend.

I may have not read the details, but the apartment does not have towels or top sheets (respecting that not all countries use top sheets, but if you prefer, you may want to know.). Would love to have dish soap,etc too.

It’s located close to the airport 15 minutes by Uber

The apartment was dirty nobody clean it before our arrival. There was hair and mold in the bathroom. The floor was and surfaces dirty and the internet connection a mobile broadband didn’t work because the 3G connection is crap inside the house.
