整体的经验很糟糕，地板黏黏的。沙发，枕头，床褥也没有很卫生，我们都被虫咬得晚上睡不好觉，建议未来入住者自己携带一件三套。没有餐具，卫生打扫十分敷衍。玻璃窗口都很脏，浪费了一片美景。我和先生都很失望。

I like the room and mattresses only. And the location was very strategic. Swimming pool is look good.
Poor maintenance of the house and the entire apartment. Need to provide some sitting area at pool. The wooden floor at pool side is damaged.

Host gave very easy instruction with very clear picture to make life easier. Swimming pool on weekend not very crowded at all. compared to other residence on booking.com. Made the right choice.
No water dispenser. Other wise all is 5 star.

Big apartment with a soft bed,
kitchen got everything you need
Bathroom is really nice and big
Smart TV worked good
Host is very responsive
If you want to go to jonker walk or something you'll need a taxi :)
- to be fair - the couches need to be changed, really dirty and discusting..
- we were at the pool and at 11am they told us the pool will close until 2pm
- guests cannot use the gym anymore (new policy)
- really uncomfortable sunbeds..

Eintragung in das Gästebuch ist durch die Hilfe der security einfach.
Bei Ankunft war die Scheibe zum Balkon stark verschmutzt. Sehr kleiner Topf und Pfanne zum Kochen.

I got unit from level 14 & very nice view. comfortable for family vacation.self checkin works very easy.
- No cleaning. Self service cleaning. Lots of do and don'ts instructions including you need to throw your own trash.
- theres only one mirror in the bathroom

Need to use transport to search for food but there is convenience store if you don’t mind.

the accomodation was clean, furnished, the instruction given by tenant was clear and the chek in and out was smooth. the security at the lobby was helpful. the sea view is spendid

• good location (near to the attractions, face East - can see sunrise but not sunset)
• clean, convenient and back to home feeling (most of the furniture/tools can be found and use : tv box, washing machine, hair dryer, pot and etc)
• some of my friends feel uncomfortable while reading the instructions/notice (but depends on the person, I prefer that actually, no need to ask for the answer)
• shower head can't fit properly with the holder.
