I absolutely loved the property! It had everything I needed. I would love to stay there again in the future. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house felt lived in and decorated nicely without feeling like I was invading someone's home with their stuff everywhere. It was so great for my dog as well with a big fenced yard. Team members were very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed staying at the property for the second year. I hope to stay there again. I didn’t rent the property for next year because I found a place for less rent and also it wasn’t available for the three months requested, only two. I would be very interested in renting that property again the winter after next. Cherry was very helpful. The young man who came to help with the TV problem was extremely nice. I really enjoyed the property overall. The beds, furniture were great and the cleanliness very good. Nice appliances and kitchen equipment. The house has good soundproofing so traffic noice wasn’t a problem. Happy with the house. Brittany was very friendly and helpful. When I spoke to Anna about renting this property for next year early January she called one of the owners after I said I couldn’t afford the extra monthly $1250 for next year. Anna told me the woman owner told her I could have it for $3000 instead of the increase to $3650. Two weeks later I called to accept and Anna said she didn’t remember the conversation with the owner even after I tried to jog her memory. So this time she reached the husband who said it would accept $3250 a month. I called her back 3 days later and at first said she couldn’t recall. Because I felt pressured to find a rental I accepted but ended up paying $500 extra for the two months. I had to wait 5 days of takings showers in a backed up tub for the maintenance man to show up. Also, what I felt was a safety emergency was not responded too with appropriate gravity.
