깨끗하고 좋았어요! 조식도 훌륭했어요! 나카스강이 보이는 리버뷰가 아침에는 해가 반사되어 강이 반짝반짝 빛이 나고 밤에는 화려한 불빛들이 반겨주어 서로 디른 매력으로 즐겁게 해주었어요!

처음 욕실 문을 열었을 때 냄새가 조금 나긴 했지만 환풍이 잘 되어서 괜찮았어요!

캐널시티나 이치란 본점 왔다갔다 하기에 위치가 좋아요! 구글지도로 찍고 가면 상당히 돌아가는 경향이 있으니 구글지도가 추천하는 길이 아닌 지도상에 나타나는 길(강가 따라서 걷는 길)로 가는걸 추천합니다. 직원분들이 친절하고 좋아요! 애프터눈티가 호불호가 많이 갈리던데 디저트 좋아하는 저는 나쁘지 않았어요! 조식이 정말 반전이었어요. 조식이 뷔페가 아닌 샌드위치를 제공한다는 후기가 많아서 신청 안하려고 했더니 1분거리 호텔에서 뷔페식 조식을 제공하더라구요! 샐러드, 요거트, 빵, 일본식 조식 등등이 준비돼 있어서 괜찮았어요! 욕실도 분리돼 있어서 편했어요~ 근처에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 편의점 가기에도 좋아요

굳이 뽑자면 애프터눈티에는...커피를 주시거나 티를 주시는게 좋을 것 같아요.. 포도주스를 주셔서 달달 + 달달이라서 조금 먹기에 힘들었어요. 티백을 고르게 해주시는데 그냥 몇시에 갔다줄까~? 물어볼때 제공하는 음료도 같이 알려주면 좋을것 같아요

アフタヌーンティー目的で宿泊したのですが、内装がとにかく綺麗で驚きました。バストイレセパレートで、浴室もピカピカでした。アメニティのシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープも高級感があって気に入りました。 お目当てのアフタヌーンティーも文句なし。季節ごとにメニューが違うので、また別の季節に利用したいと思います。 気温が下がってきて乾燥する季節に泊まったのですが、部屋に加湿器が置いてあったので喉を傷めることもなく、快適に過ごせました。少々カルキ汚れはありましたが、かびている様子もなく、使用に支障はなかったです。ドライヤーの風量も十分です。

アフタヌーンティーの際、紅茶を選ばせてもらえるのですが、外国のスタッフの方で説明がよく分かりませんでした… 立地的にオトナな街を歩いて向かうので、その点だけご注意を。

Absolutely great hotel. The hotel welcomed us with a free afternoon tea and snacks. The room was very big, clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. The location was great as well.

Excellent hotel, big spacious room with comfortable bed and bathroom. The free high tea is a pleasant bonus.

The room is too dark. But it's okay because there's a portable light in the lobby.

Location with nice river view and helpful staff.

No telephone in the room to connect to reception or other hotel staff. We also got locked in our room and couldn’t open the door. Luckily, we had family staying in the next room and they contacted maintenance to open the door so that we could get out. Then they repaired the lock but it was a frightening experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was good for walking around.

I like that the property was close enough to most of the areas we wanted to get to. It was near a row of Yatais, convenience stalls and restaurants, so food was easily accessible. For the price we paid, the rooms are large by Japanese standard and they offered complimentary delicious high tea set which was very generous of them.

The location is about 20 mins walk to Hakata Station so if you plan to travel out from this station, do take note. They also had a very weird policy. They market themselves as a hotel, but housekeeping was done only ONCE during our stay. The rest of the time, they only come in to change towels and empty the trash (they don’t even make the beds) lol. The front desk was always empty so it is hard to get help if you need it. The location is also near the red light district, so not very suitable for families with young children.

The hotel location is very convenient. It closes to most of the attractive locations and public transportations (bus, JR train, high-speed train) at Hakata and Tenjin stations. I am really appreciate the welcome "afternoon treat" package.

It is a little cluster within the restroom, bathroom, and washing sink. The doors are closed to each other, and is hard to navigate around.
