We had an unforgettable Thanksgiving with most of our family there. It was comfortable, safe, and close to sand dunes and other locations of interest. We had a turkey trot around the neighborhood that was great fun for all! Very, very nice stay!

Wonderful vacation rental for an extended family. I was there with my dad and three sisters and spouses. Plenty of room for everyone. The condo is well built and well stocked. The pool and hot tubs right across the street. It couldn't have been better. Very close to hikes in Snow Canyon.

This property is AMAZING! The house and location were perfect for our stay. We had 5 adults and 12 softball players ranging from ages 16-18. The loft with bunk beds was the perfect area for the team. They had a great time just hanging out there and on the upper deck. The downstairs patio is also spacious with plenty of seating. This home has it all and I highly recommend it to sports teams wanting a “ Team house” or for a family and friends vacation home! The neighborhood is beautiful and only 7 minutes from town. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We were there for a soccer tournament and stayed in the house with a few other families. The size was perfect and we were all able to relax and enjoy our time together. It's a beautiful property and location!

My family and I had a great time at the Poolside Paradise. Parking was easy to figure out for our 6 vehicles and the pool was right across the street, perfect for all our little kids. The few minor issues we had were solved quickly by the property management. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels for our large group. Overall it was an excellent experience that we hope to do again in the future.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this property and have enjoyed it immensely each time. It accommodates our 8 adults and 4 kids beautifully with room to gather and room to spread out. We love the amenities and well-stocked kitchen. We were disappointed that we couldn't get the grill to work but we were able to cook the burgers indoors on the griddle. We also had to be creative with playing pickleball as there were only 3 paddles but we made it work. We'll stay there again.

This was a great place for our large “girls trip”. Plenty of beds for everyone. Bunk room was fun. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball court. Close enough to Tuacahn theatre. And drive the short trip to Veyo for homemade pies.

Overall we were very pleased with this property and enjoyed out stay. Our only complaint is that the kitchen was lacking a few things such as a full set of measuring cups. the kitchen did have knives but there wasn't a paring knife. A paring knife would definitely have been nice to have.

We planned a multi-generational vacation and this house met all our needs. Everyone had enough space. The beds are cozy and the house was decorated nicely. It was clean in all the right places but some missed things like water bottles under beds, socks in drawers... The staff was very helpful and responsive to any needs!! Our crew had a sick family member and rhe staff was able to get us checked-in early so they could rest. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the same unit twice now and each time has been incredible. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with the entire process. I accidently left a bag at the unit and they were SO quick to get it, and ship it to my home. We will continue to stay at this unit whenever possible.

This house had everything you need for a large family gathering and the location was perfect. The house was well-equipped spacious, the rooms large and comfortable and a lot of bathrooms! The amenities and furnishings were new and furniture comfortable. The kids enjoyed going right across the street to use the pool and hot tub. The upstairs dec was such a lovely place to gather in the evenings. We highly recommend this townhome!!

We loved being close to the pool, and our kids seem to mind that the water isn't exactly warm in January (having the hot tub there sure helped). The house was well stocked and had good space available. We under-utilized the table tennis in the garage because the garage was so cold, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

We had a great time celebrating Christmas with the kids and grandkids. Rooms and beds were great! Only thing bad was there was no mop to clean up spills and only 4 garbage bags left and no basics in the pantry like salt and pepper and oil etc. With 22 of us we made a lot of garbage so we had to buy more. A little out of the way but, a beautiful property!
The property was very nice and clean. It was a little far from grocery stores. or really anything! The pool was very cold but clean and nice! We would stay there again!

Fabulous Place to Getaway
We just spent a few days at this property with our kids and grandkids and everyone had a great time. The pool is right across the street making for easy access. The property is spacious and well-appointed. Everyone had enough room to spread out. We loved eating dinner on the back patio in the evenings and enjoying the cool morning and night air on the front patio deck. We are already planning our next visit!
It is a short drive away from stores, restaurants, etc. so we just planned to eat in which worked well in the spacious kitchen. You can't quickly run out to pick up something you forgot so plan ahead.
We had expected TVs in all of the bedrooms but one, per the photo captions, and in reality, only the master had a TV. Not a deal-breaker but not what we were anticipating. I also wish that a list or photo of all the small appliances had been included in the listing. We brought a griddle and crockpot but found those and more in the pantry. That's why I gave "accuracy of listing" 4 stars.
Overall, I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again.

Everything was just as it was described. The house was perfect. Everybody loved it and the neighborhood was very clean. The location was close enough to hit stores if you wanted to as well. We really enjoyed our stay.
