Great location with excellent view of the beach. Very comfy place.
No food shops nearby, so you have to go to St Helens to do food shopping.

fabulous location, sunsets from balcony was amazing. so peaceful and quiet. agents responsive and helpful.
Linen was fresh, clean and plentiful
Games cupboard and DVDs were bare (removed due to COVID) … as travellers this is understandable, but would be nice to have these back.

No blinds, only sheer curtains, in the bedrooms so when the outside sensor light came on at 5 in the morning it lit the bedroom up. Same for when the sun came up.

It is in a fabulous location with an amazing view.
It was a struggle to lock the sliding door to deck, and couldn't open screen door to go to BBQ area

lovely location with beautiful view and it opposite has a little play ground for those traveling with young children(or young at heart!)
Gail and co left the place spotless.It was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed.
3 single adults staying,so the place was way big enough with 2 very large bedrooms and 1 smaller single with plenty of space for luggage etc.,as was the upstairs lounge,dining, and balcony. l]Lots of room to sit around and relax.
Gail was generous enough the leave a complimentary bottle of wine ( was a lovey and unexpected touch)(and much appreciated)
We are all looking forward to staying again at some stage.
Did not make a difference to us, but FYI lots of stairs to enter the house,(if traveling with those who may not be able to climb them.

Location is great. Living/dining/kitchen is very nice with beautiful views.
The third bedroom with two singles is small and has a dark underground (under-deck) window only.
