The hotel staff is nice. Hotel is clean, location is good but but clumsy.

This is a basic hotel. You will not get anything other than water. Even a cup of tea or coffee also. You will get a room and 2 water bottles that's all. No phone nothing. Even to get something you have to call the manager on his mobile and many time he will not pick up. Will not recommend for a family.

Location was good as it is nearest to the beach. Only this is the best thing about the property. Warm water wasn't enough for bathing. There was a water cut after certain time. As we stayed 3 persons in one room water wasn't enough.

Room service is very poor. Ac wasn't working so we asked for help no one arrived. Asked for warm water or kettle to make drinking water for medicine that wasn't provided.

I liked the facilities offered at the guest house which were true value for money..extremely clean and hygienic room was alloted..also the room was large in size with a balcony from where you can see the ocean...(baga beach)..I would also like to mention here the staff Hussain who was very supportive and cooperative throughout our stay...

Cable TV was not working when we checked in and even after notifying the management they just recharged it for one day and again next day it was deactivated and again we had to inform them to recharge it..this was very annoying, wifi also was not properly working..someti

As promised while booking Morning Breakfast was Charged , Is seems there is no pantry. When u charge the customer u need to give us what about extra money charged kindly look into matter and refund the Amt Also make the necessary changes in there web site

They have good working AC. Bathroom we're clean n neat.

It has rooms above house..in photo it shows a perfect professional hotel...however its not..No proper parking space also...Breakfast..no need to say 😀 😄 ..they jus have TV with remainder to recharge from service provider..no locker facility
