Absolute 10! Hosts wore lovely and helpful. House is right in front of the sea with private entrance. Our hosts also provided us with free sun beds. Parking spot was right in front of the house. Shuttle buses drive to Dubrovnik frequently and are comfortable and cheap! Great restaurants near by. I would highly recommend guest house Katica to all!

The owners are very nice and helpful people, we truly enjoyed our stay. The beds are very confortable, there´s a small terrace in front of the hourse and the see is righ in front of the doors :) We are glad we decided to stay in this oasis of piece rather than busy Dubrovnik. The frequency of the buses to the city is adequate. 20 minutes walk from the hourse there is extremely beautiful view over the sea.

Amazing hidden spot a few minutes from Dubrovnik. Quiet and tidy, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Access to Dubrovnik by boat as well.

If you're visiting mainly Dubrovnik without a car, I don't recommend this stay because there are few shuttle buses around the corner and you couldn't catch them whenever you want to. They come in every one or two hour and the last bus back from Dubrovnik is at 22:30 so you couldn't stay any later than that (problem solved if you don't mind taking the pricey Uber or Taxi and btw Zaton Mali is really dimly lit at night so for those who don't fancy walking in the dark, get back early or get a flash light). Also, we failed to find the station location for two hours on our way back from Dub. and had to ask about 5 people to get it right, because the bus stations and directions are quite complex in Dubrovnik and you shouldn't expect the locals even the people in the information center to be patient about it with you even if you ask as politely as possible. Also, I wish the owners could be more informative about the transportation, when i first asked via phone call about how to get to the property from the airport late at night, the owner told me I could only do so by taking the taxi or uber, but in reality you could take the airport shuttle bus to a nearer location (Gruž station) and then catch a uber (this route is only recommended if you are reluctant to spend a lot on transportation). That said, the owner was really nice and friendly and my problem may just be a miscommunication due to our language barrier (Also don't count on Google maps when you are visiting Dubrovnik, it doesn't support the bus system there). However, if you enjoy having the sea view literally right in front of you, this is a fabulous and tranquil stay worth every single penny. You could even go for a swim in the sea because it's literally right at your feet. Lastly, bring your own shampoo and body wash as there is none in the room.
