Location

House had not been cleaned since the last occupant. After we had cleaned the kitchen and dining, swept and washed the floors throughout and cleaned the bathroom and toilet there were still dusty windows sills and skirting boards and dirty windows. Outdoor furniture and BBQ were rusty, dirty and unusable.

The cockroches we bought a heap if baits n put them everywhere. Njbinstructions for cooktop so we don't nj how to work nit n yhe washing machine was a nightmare. But we managed.

perfect location, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment, the beds were very comfortable.

being tiled floors, it was cool. Rugs would have been nice in tv & bedroom areas.

The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for any creation you needed to cook. It was a massive back yard with plenty of room for kids to play.

There wasn't really anywhere to put clothes (ie. No shelves, or drawers) so just had to leave them on the floor or in suitcases.

The house is in a very central location & easy walk to the Cabarita shopping strip & beach. The beds were very comfortable & the sheets crisp. Parking is easy in the driveway. The house was well equipped with kitchen utensils, bathroom starter care pack, towels, laundry pegs etc

If only there was wifi. I don't understand why so many owners don't add wifi to the property as its not expensive compared to the rates charged. Quite a bit of the cutlery & the dinnerware had food scraps on them so the previous tenants had not cleaned them properly & then the cleaners had not checked. The dishwasher was also partially full on arrival. When we put the bin out on departure it was crawling with maggots so I suspect it was not emptied the previous week because I don't think we put any food in there that could have caused that so quickly as we ate out most nights.

Good location and nice place

Great location, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen although needs a few more drinking glasses.

House needed some maintenance. Pictures all fell of the wall. Really needs some dark curtains or blinds to block out the lights. Plus with only the main bedroom with sir con it may be nice to have some fans in the other 2 bedrooms. Plus some wifi too.
