De locatie en het uitzicht is echt fantastisch! Het appartement was erg schoon en de bedden en kussens sliepen top.
De faciliteiten vielen wat tegen, we misten hier het koffiezetapparaat en de aankleding op het (enorme) terras was erg minimaal. We waren met 4 personen en wat er op het terras stond waren 2 stoeltjes en een tafeltje. Dit mag wel iets uitgebreider en met een scheiding van het andere terras. ‘S nachts wat last gehad van de ‘buren’ die over het terras liepen met stoelen en deze versleepten.

Excellent location in the historic centre. Walking distance to sites, restaurants and shops. Vibrant spirit on a main square. Large windows and lots of natural light. The apartment was quite large.
There were no supplies like oil etc. for cooking which is a shame because there is a market on the square. There was no coffee maker and the light and fan over the stove did not work. This was reported to management.

Good flat in a goog place.
1. By their Booking.com homepage they offered an Airport Shuttle but it is not true.
2. The host (Juan Martín) did not send the door code, did not answer the phone call either. We waited more than an hour infront of the house to get the code after asking it several times in SMS.
3. They send a mail message trying to get our credit card data to rob us. Tragedy.

Nagyszerű helyen van, csodás kilátással :) Közvetlenül a szállás mellett található egy csomagmegőrző hely az Ola Lockers ami nagyon menő dolog. Weboldalon keresztül választható ki a csomagmegőrző szekrény mérete (hátizsákok, bőröndök is beférnek) és lehet menni várost nézni! Ha netán nem működne a rendszer, nem kell pánikolni - watsappon keresztül nyitják ki a szekrényt.

Apartament jest czysty i przestrony w zabytkowej kamienicy w samym centrum miasta i nie daleko jest parkig podziemny. Sklepy, restauracje i atrakcje turystyczna są bliziutko, ale w nocy było cicho i można było się wyspać. Personel jest bardzo sympatyczny, pomocny i szybko otrzymała odpowiedź na moje pytania i fakturę.

La ubicación es perfecta, y el estilo de los apartamentos es limpio y moderno. Limpieza por todos los lados y comodidad en cada rincón.
Es todo tal y como se ve en las fotos. Es un sitio para repetir una y otra vez. Todo a mano.
En el apartamento que estábamos las ventanas de la habitación principal no cerraban del todo bien, el frió y el ruido entraban por el hueco que quedaban entre las gomas y las ventanas.
La ubicación tiene sus pros y sus contras....y como contra... El ruido de la calle hasta las 0:00h hace que conciliar el sueño sea algo complicado pero te bajas, te unes a la fiesta y listo! Entre semana el ruido acaba antes pero un viernes o un sábado... terrible.
También hay que decir que el bar de debajo del edificio impregna de olor a fritanga toda la escalera. En el piso no huele, pero al abrir la puerta el olor es intenso.

La ubicación. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. Las camas y almohadas también. Cocina bien equipada, con lo necesario para una estancia corta. El acceso y comunicación con el anfitrión fueron muy buenas. Lo recomiendo.
El baño sería bueno que pongan algo para que no se salga el agua para afuera, y además no arruine el piso. Estaría bueno que también dejen artículos para el aseo personal.

Fantastic location and views. Large enough for our group. Clean and tidy
Not enough wine/champagne glasses for everyone in the party. Could have had cushions on outside furniture and some sun loungers as the terrace is too good not to make full use.

Good location,15 minute walk from La Giralda, etc. Right by the impressive Setas monument. Good plaza and Seta view from small balcony.
The first night the a/c didn't work well. My wife called, and the agent insisted it was working as centrtal a/c. It was on 20C but temperature was like 26C, and I hardly slept that night. Next night we turned it down to 17C and got about a 21C result. They need to check their thermostats.

The house is very near to Setas (you can see it by the apartment entry!) such that you can easily walk in Sevilla centre by foot. You can easily achieve the Cathedral, the Alcazar and even Plaza de Espana by foot.
The host was very nice and he gave us access to the apartment before the check-in hour (access is by password, not keys).
The house is well equipped and modern. It is good for four people (even five if you are ok with sofa bed).
I was very happy for the choice.

Location. Beatiful building. Nice and cozy decoration. Temperature outside was 44 degrees C but inside the AC worked very well.
Access to the apartment was very easy with a code. Even though there is no parking in building, there is a public one near by. Apartement was clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen.
I could not find Spanish channels on TV other than sport channels

The location is fantastic and apartment was very good. The hosts were very accommodating. Right on a fun, active plaza - windows were good and it was not noisy.
No complaints.
