The property itself was lovely. Perfect for a traveling couple. The location was very convenient, as it was close to many forms of public transportation (bus, metro, scooter/bike) as well as it was in close proximity to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Phillipe (owner) was a very nice man and had an abundance of knowledge on Paris and he was very accommodating.

it’s right beside the front door so you hear everyone coming in and out. And it seems to be garbage day every day and that also wakes you up very early.

Philippe was very responsive. It was wonderful that he met us at the apartment and walked us through everything about the apartment and location. The personal service is uncommon nowadays. We really appreciate it. We love having breakfast in the courtyard.

There was a large closet but not a lot of storage space because it was filled with stuff. There could be a lot more storage space if the closet is more organized.

Nice and calm appartement in a great area - Metro and bus stations are close - Supermarket, small shops, restaurants and bars are just a few minutes away as well - the garden place is nice - Philipp was very friendly and helpful - we enjoyed our stay, hopefully we are able to come back soon

Nothing - everything was fine! In the future maybe some "renovation" should be done, as some things are not in a perfect condition anymore, like the curtain of the left window or the toaster...

It was a lovely stay. The flat is very quiet and nicely located. Metro stations nearby. We were able to walk to most locations we wanted to go. Thank you for the welcome!

We stayed for 4 nights. We loved that it was spacious enough for us and our 1 year old baby girl. The apartment had a great shower, with refrigerator and fridge, good living room and it was on a first floor. We walked 10 minutes to the metro station. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Also, there was a laundromat next door. The host was very attentive and friendly, he even talked with us in Spanish. He received us when check-in and came for check-out. He was very responsive by whatsapp. We had 2 luggage lost and he even offered to receive them when delivered, so we could enjoy Paris during the day.

We would recommend a bigger fan during summer months, because it got hot during the night.

The apartment is nice and clean, close to the main objectives. A lot of restaurants, the supermarket just across the street. Philippe was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location near to the Pantheon and the Sorbonne University with many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Having the kitchenette enables some home cooking which was good since we were staying for 8 nights. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again. Special thanks to both Fatima and Philippe.

Everything was perfect, very cosy place with everything you need. The highlight is the gorgeous garden where you can enjoy your breakfast or a cup of tea. We liked to sit there after a tiring day.

A little gem. Situated at the back of the building, was very quiet, overlooking a small courtyard. We had everything we needed for three night stay. Ideal for family with small child/ children. Philippe the owner was very helpful to us. Convenient to Luxembourg Gardens and the Pantheon.
