Great location and good choice of things to do (bike rental, tennis courts, water activities). However the pool is too small for adults to swim lengths and the gym not top notch either. The food is good and varied. We had a lovely time though as a family of 5 with two teenagers and a 11 year old

All the contents that the resort offers are extraordinary. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and very clean. The location of the resort offers a complete vacation for all generations, with many beautiful beaches, promenades and bike paths. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, which further increases the value of the service. And only the food. A very diverse range of delicious food enriched with the flavors of the Mediterranean but also interesting delicacies from Turkish cuisine that we were delighted with. In any case, a great newly discovered location that I will appreciate visiting again.

- Disappointing facilities compared to what is advertised on website / promo videos (concrete mini golf in disrepair, restaurant had a canteen feel) - Lack of nice seating areas to chill and have a drink, feel like a little updating and better music etc would make a big difference here - Poor lunch offering if you are on half board - Resort entertainment / activities disappointing, e.g. games night was a selection of board games in disrepair put out by reception - Tennis is €15 per hour plus €3 racket hire which seems expensive. Couldn’t play table tennis as the resort didn’t have the equipment - Rooms were quite noisy with hallway traffic - Hotel organised transport is really expensive, taxis to nearby towns quite expensive as well

This is a quiet place with a beautiful view from the balcony. The food was great. The reception desk was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The resort also offered a nightly entertaining program that we enjoyed a lot.

Poor housekeeping service. The carpet in our room was never vacuum cleaned. The trash was not removed from the can. The replaced foot towels were always wet.

Employers are really helpfull and kind. The room was big and really confortable. The location (far away from everything) was so good to rest!

I stayed 3 nights and it was raining all the time. Of course is not fault of hotel, however we searched for a place to chill when was raining and we just have the Lounge Bar which is small for so many people. I also wanted to go to sauna, but was already full for the 3 days when I did my check in!

Time of year meant vrboska was under construction and made it difficult to get to hotel but the scenery once you get to the resort is beautiful!!

Location is great, very close to the beach and a nice walk by the coast to city centre. Food was amazing, good variety of well tasting food and nice presentation of different cuisines (mediterranean, turkish, italian...). Staff is very friendly, Magdalena was amazing, always smiling and friendly with every guest.

Room was small and had ugly stains on the carpet. Surrounding area around hotel could be maintained better; adding some flowers, rosemary, sage, lavender.

Beautiful location right on the coast. Lovely pool. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Buffet style meals, including a dessert buffet at dinner which the children loved. Short drive from the car ferry port so very accessible.

Lovely room. Comfortable beds with amazing pillows. Restaurant food was good.

Bit isolated and cabs are v expensive to use. Our transfer back to Split airport (2 cabs and a ferry - v expensive) was arranged by in house excursion operator but we just caught her on the Thursday as she was going off the island until the next Tuesday. Not satisfactory. The included house wine wasn’t good and local Croatian wine is cheap and amazing.

Beautiful bay location, very quiet and calm. Lovely rooms and with adequate space and good views. It was lovely being able to walk to Vrboska and explore as well as walking to coastal path (just watch out for the nudists!) Food was good quality but a little repetitive.

Even though the bay location was beautiful, it means that water access and water front spots are limited. This can make it hard to enjoy the water and bag a nice spot! All inclusive drinks variety is very limited.

Everything was above expected. Friendly staff, everything is clean and tidy, the food is excellent, everything is well organized. The location is fantastic, in a quiet pine forest, connected by a well-maintained road to the town of Vrboska. Sports and entertainment activities and an excellent spa and wellness center within the resort.

Food offering a bit samey

We had half board, food is good. Rooms are clean. Very good shower, we loved it.

In both rooms I reserved, the airconditioning started rattling during the night, we barely slept. Air conditioning can't be lower than 23 degrees Celsius. Too high for the night. Maybe it's build in the Croatian culture but you can smoke everywhere. We had a hard time sitting somewhere without being bothered by someone's cigarette. Completely focused on Croatian guests and language with activities. Not a biggie, but the front desk didn't even asked how my stay was, just handed me the final statement.

Staff was very accommodating. Yes the location was good. Yes the reception area looked like the website, modern style and the swimming pool looked good on the website.

The Hotel reception looked good . But that is where it ends!!!, the cream carpets where full on dark marks , the room carpets where marked with old mud stains . The Hotel terrace bar area near swimming pool was totally dirty , the stone floor was stiky and dirty . The swimming pool was not relaxing, full of kids with there flooting devices, so must noice , definitely not a place to relax, so disappointing ! not as it was advertised on the website !!! . The beach area , one had to get up early in the morning to find a beach lounge.. There no control!! who knows ?? Hotel residence or just outsider taking up all the beach lounge.. The breakfast was good . The dinner was horrid , screaming children in same dinning area as Adults , no need to take nice outfit for it just a big room with lots of bad food . We paid all inclusive, but only had dinner x2 times out of 10 days , the wine was horrid , we went to the local supermarket and bought our owne wine and whisky and beers . I feel this Hotel needs to be down graded to 2 🌟 🌟 !! It should be clear that it is now a all inclusive family Hotel not a sexy Up market for Adults.. It was very expensive for nothing we expected. The website must be old , and I presume, new owners! They trying to make up with Covid , and just dropping there standers, and getting as many people , families into on room. I can see it must have been a Upmarket Hotel before , for there are some , beuatiful modern rooms, and reception still looks fresh . The Hotel has no evening atmosphere, just screaming kids . Sadly I will never return , for it was just the most disappointing experience. We luckily had our owne car, so we explored every day , and booked private boat trips and did not even use to Hotel water front , but paid for other beach Club days .
