Location and staff were great. For the price it is great value.
Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Room temperature control didn't seem to work or we're not very helpful.

train tracks. very loud all night long! the elevator is on the second floor. had to get my luggage up the stairs which the staff were very helpful with

If you were going to a game it might be good value
Might as well have slept on the ground with rocks for pillows. Aircon didn’t work. It turned on but didn’t actually cool. Terrible all the way around.
