Location was great the apartment was clean and warm and had everything you needed parking nearby was reasonable

Very spacious
After receiving the confirmation I was forced to put a deposit by the owner. This was not stated while booking. The deposit was held for 14 days for no reason. There were enough damages in the property and I feared I would be held responsible. If a deposit is taken the property must be handed over jointly after inspection. The owner was very rude when I had to call him seeking direction.

modern, spacious and well equipped. great location .
the corridors leading to the apartment were pitch black - no lighting at all. not sure if this was a one off but was awful and especially if you was alone it would be quite worrying.

The apartment is centrally located in the old co-op building in Doncaster. 5 minutes from the train station. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lift or stairs option.
The key is collected from a key safe just around the corner from the main entrance.
The apartment is big. a big lounge dinner with kitchen at the end. The kitchen has all you need to cook a meal if required.
There are 2 double bedroom. 1 of which in en-suite. The shower cubicle in the en-suite is a bit small. Towels are provided.
There also appears to be extra sleeping options in the lounge area.
Please be aware that £100 deposit is required before your stay. This is paid through a company called 'Superhog'. Deposit is repaid 14 days after check out. Mine was recredited ok.
The advert seems to suggest that parking is available. This is not the case. There are car parks near by. But not all are 24hr. The nearest 24hr carpark is 5 minutes away. Others are 10 minutes away.

Excellent location, modern spacious apartment that had everything we needed - including the fan! Very comfy beds too.
Only thing really was the stairs to the apartment, it’s a bit of a climb but that’s an issue for the building, not the apartment itself.

Wonderful place to stay this was, loved. I don’t normally stay in apartments I stay in hotels but this was perfect – the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiete big and the space is really great. Offers great WiFi services, it's in town and close to everything so it was easy to get supplies and doesn't hurt to be next to McDonald's. Easy to contact the owner of the house always responsive 24/7. Easy to locate and straightforward. We had an incident at the place, really went out of his way to make sure everyone got what they needed. All I wanted to do was get a quiet night’s sleep which I managed to do so I was happy with the services through and through would recommend this place.”

Apartment it's self was perfect
Entrance into apartment ....my wife would not go in and out on her own as she did not feel safe...also a strong strange smell in corridors.... apartment door seemed a bit unsafe .

It was very well equipped and comfortable.
All rooms and especially the living room smelled of cigarettes and you couldn‘t get the smell out.

The hallway was always filled with the fresh smoke smell. I was really concerned as I was staying with my children.

The mattress on the bed is very poor u need to change and one room the bed is broken.

The host Richard couldn't do enough for us, he was always on hand if we needed anything. Appartrment was close to station and shopping centre and I couldn't fault it.
Will be back on my nxt visit.

The apartment was brilliantly decorated spacious very clean the bed was amazing. Couldn't hear any noise from other guests. You could watch Netflix a account was logged in for you was definitely a bonus. The host was easy to contact helped you with anything you needed.
Would definitely be coming back again xx

The apartment was in the best of standards, The host was very friendly and made sure everything was good for me and my brother and helped us with any problems we had. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back this weekend, Thank you

Nothing
Property is uncleaned, and smells of cigarettes and bins, theres poo on floor the landing. The beds and sheets on the beds are awful. The property has wear and tear all over it and the owner has tried blaming me for it. Even said id took a pink pillow (very odd why would someone take an old pillow). I work away with work every week never had an issue in my life. I would not recommend stay here.
