Location

The pool and kiddie pool are both large and clean. The pool area furnished plenty of beach loungers and even pic nic tables for little ones. We also liked the Snack Shack, sun deck, grills, and outdoor games for families.

There was an unpleasant odor in our room that seemed to be located at or near the door. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom is very small. It didn’t have an exhaust fan, but there was an old vent where one must have been at one time. That vent, as well as the light fixtures in the bathroom, was covered in thick dust. On the morning we checked out, workmen we’re changing the door frames on each unit. There were numerous workmen, cords, tools, wood, and screws in the hallway, which made it impossible for us to roll the luggage cart though. We had to make 3 trips from our room in the 8th floor carrying double armloads of our stuff to get checked out. There was also a long list of housekeeping chores to be completed before leaving the unit.

Proximity to the beach is perfect. literally right on the Beach almost.

The room was a bit small, needs updating, TVs definitely need updating, property doesn’t allow for parking of golf cart or slingshot rental vehicles

The location & access to the beach

The fact that it took 45 mins for the access code to work so i couldn't get in my room @ first,there was no toiletries in the bathroom,the room was missing things that are in the pictures that you see on the website or app,there were stray cats all over the oarking lot & in the pool area

We enjoyed easy access to the beach and the view from our room! The property was in a good place in town so everything was a quick drive to get to.

Parking is not free as listed on posting-had to pay for parking and wristbands that you had to wear your entire stay, our bedding was still damp when we arrived, the floor closest to the dining room table and under that bed had standing water when we arrived, the bathroom is way smaller than expected with mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. Air vents were filthy and the unit had a strange smell to it. Only 4 towels given and you had to use your own or use the coin laundry on site (we weren’t told this until we got an email at the time of check in) and the laundry rooms have coded doors that we were not given the code to. Also only got not even 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and had to purchase our own after that. The remotes to the TV didn’t even have batteries in them.

Absolutely beautiful area everything close and easy to get around ! Highly recommend
