I had messaged the property prior to my arrival to let them know what time I will be there. Unfortunately no one was there to greet me and my family. Instead, we had to walk to another street to pick up the keys at night at their hostel which was very inconvenient. The person working at the reception desk was extremely rude too. She was requiring that my elderly mother with bad knees walk all the way to the other building to sign a document. If anything, the reception should be at the suites rather than the hostel - we're paying more but getting inferior service compared to the hostel!

First of all, the towels had blood and weird stains all over them and the service was bad. We were advised to put our towels on the ground if we wanted them replaced and that the cleaning service would come every other day, so we did so. Instead of replacing the towels with new ones as promised, the cleaning crew rolled up the same dirty towels and hung other dirty towels to make it look like they've been replaced. I noticed the same blood stain in the rolled up one which is how I found out. That's simply disgusting and deceptive that they tried to make it seem like we got new towels when they gave us the same dirty ones that were on the ground. They eventually replaced the towels after we asked a few times and waited at least an hour with "fresh" white towels with more old blood stains on them. When you're spending this kind of money, you expect better quality accommodations and service. This negatively affected our experience. Instead of saying "we do not change towels" they lied and acted like they did but really gave us the same dirty towels with blood stains which is worse because they're being deceptive. I do not recommend this place!

Lovely, clean, with everything you could need. We'd definitely recommend it. Great location. A supermarket just across the road and a great local bar - Byblo's - at the end of the street.

Beautiful, modern, super clean apartment. Perfect location. Online check-in and check-out. I've been there for the 3rd time and absolutely love it!

The apartment is self-catering it has a shop right opposite the front door with fresh fruit bread etc and so many cafés really close to plaza espania very good bus service and train would definitely stay again on our next visit very clean confy beds and as I love coffee I was so happy with the nespresso coffee machine 😀

There was nothing I didn't like easy check in staff very helpful and friendly and kept our luggage after we checked out until our flight time so we could enjoy the day before leaving to the airport

We were 4 friends on a trip who enjoyed ourselves on the trip. Great and clean apartment with nice staff. Grocery store directly across the street with a wide selection.

The property is seems newly made, and is well furnished and equipped with facilities.

The Location was quite poor and quite away from the city centre and prettier parts of the city. Walking back late at night was a little nerve-wracking since the neighbourhood isn’t the best and the streets are completely empty. There was almost no/ poor communication with the staff before checking in and they were weren’t at all understanding about cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances so we were forced to stay as we were charged in full prior to the trip. There is no porter provided to help with bags. The staff is readily available on WhatsApp after checking in but they don’t seem too friendly. The property gives several disclaimers about not being held liable for loss of any belongings. While I’m sure they are protecting themselves rightfully reading this repeatedly makes you feel the place is unsafe to leave things lying around. Noise travels between the apartments so you can hear other guests if they’re noisy. The apartment (with terrace) was definitely not worth the amount we paid for it.

it is new, fully equipped, meaning you will have everything from cutlery, dishwasher to hairdryer, furnished in a modern way, the windows are very interesting as there is a separate opening system just for the shades, the balcony is small but enough for 4 friends to have a coffee in the morning… great memories were made there! we were welcomed with water and coffee (nespresso) on the house. there was free parking in the streets nearby, a shop for groceries across the street…

My familia and I truly enjoyed staying at the boc suites! the suite looked exactly like the pictures, the shower was amazing and the beds were very comfortable! also its very convenient that its open 24hours so no matter when you arrive you can check in or store your luggages.

The apartment was really nice and it was spotless.

The air conditioning was not working the day we arrived and it was so hot and uncomfortable. We reported it straight away but nothing was done to fix it. unfortunately the management offered no alternative accommodation or compensation. The first night was unbearable. Such a shame they didn’t take the complaint seriously.
