We stayed at Kaia Hoi Ann, not Danang. What I can say is the Hoi An apartment was beautiful. The interior design was very Japandi, relaxed and looked straight out of a shoot from Arch Digest. Emily and Nancy were super helpful. A perfect stay for a couple in Han Noi! Thank you again 💕🌸

This is the perfect boutique hotel for a getaway weekend or travel trip/business trip. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of attractions, and have drinks. It was so convenient.
Kaia hotel has a very poetic and fresh garden. You can walk around and admire the garden while enjoying coffee at the hotel cafeteria. The spacious room is fully furnished and designed with light and high aesthetics. This place gives me a feeling of relaxation and peace on this exciting trip.
The rooms were clean, and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Da Nang city

Great value for money. Nice spacious clean and tidy room. Landscaping and quiet garden were fantastic. Breakfast was superb, local dishes sourced by the staff - some of the best local food we have had all trip
The laneway can get a little noisy at times if you have a room near it and it is a little out of the way (but we didn't mind that as gave us a chance to explore on foot and nothing a cheap grab ride wouldn't sort)

This is one of the most special boutique hotel I 've stayed in. Everything make us comfortable, especially the garden. Each room is different and unique with their own design. Breakfast was provided daily with many choices. Thank you Kaia team, we will be back soon!

The location is great, big rooms with all facilities very clean and comfortable , nice garden, very quiet, welcoming staff. We really appreciated our stay here! Fantastic.
The only thing that I can say was not up to the immaculate level of the rest was breakfast, it has a lot to be improved, one of the poorest during our whole trip. This is a tip for improvement, not a complaint.
