Nydelig beliggenhet på stranden. Personalet, inkludert daglig leder er utrolig hyggelige og gjorde alt for at vi skulle ha det bra. Jeg ble syk under oppholdet og de ordnet med lege, bestilte taxi og var veldig omtenksomme. Restauranten holder et bra nivå, vi bodde her i 11 dager og fikk testet mye. Drinkene er også gode! Spesiell takk til Sopah og resten av personalet i restauranten som jeg dessverre ikke fikk navnet på. Vi ønsker oss tilbake en dag!

Idyllische Lage an einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Strand. Es ist absolut ruhig und der Strandabschnitt weitläufig. Die Liegen zu anderen Urlaubsgästen mit großem Abstand, sodass man sich wirklich entspannen kann. Sehr guter Service mit zuvorkommendem, herzlichen Personal. Die Küche ist hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Jede Liege am Strand ist zudem mit einem Service-Knopf ausgestattet, sodass man innerhalb weniger Minuten seine Bestellung aufgeben kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, groß und duften hervorragend. Insgesamt das beste Hotel unserer dreiwöchigen Kambodscha Rundreise!

Absoluter Traum, das schönste Hotel am Pagoda Beach. Zimmer stylisch eingerichtet, leckeres Essen, super freundliches Personal und einfach eine wunderschöne Location. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

L'emplacement : un havre de paix! De nombreux transats et beds éloignés les uns des autres, personne ne réserve les chaises longues et tout le monde a la politesse d'enlever sa serviette lorsqu'il s'en va. Kayaks et paddles à disposition. Piscine à débordement sur la plage. Possibilité de manger dans l'hôtel. Cocktails originaux. Legère musique d'ambiance au bar/restaurant le soir. Très bonne organisation des transferts aller/retour par l'hôtel. Possibilité de louer des scooters (15$/jour) pour visiter les autres plages de l'île.

Pas de chambre avec lits jumeaux autre que près de la piscine. Petit déjeuner bien,, mais en comparaison avec d'autres hébergements dans le pays, celui ci pourrait être amélioré (boissons chaudes servies à table, café expresso, plusieurs jus de fruits renouvelés...)

Hele mooie locatie, zondermeer het mooiste van wat wij van het eiland hebben gezien. Behulpzaam personeel, fraaie kamers met uitzicht op de zee.

L’emplacement avec vue sur la plage et la mer depuis le bungalow. Le restaurant qui est très bon et correct en termes de prix. La piscine à débordement qui donne sur la plage, très jolie. Et l’équipe qui gère le lieu : après 2 mois 1/2 en Asie, et même si nous avons eu des hôtes très sympas et accueillants ailleurs, l’équipe de The Secret Garden est clairement la plus sympa, attentionnée et souriante que nous ayons eu!

This property is heaven on earth!! absolutely beautiful. the staff was so attentive, welcoming and helpful. we loved staying here and wish we could have stayed longer.

Set on a beautiful tranquil beach with beautiful white sand. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great and the room had a lovely outside shower.

The first room we were given had gaps in the door that would have let mosquitos in - we changed our room. The hotel is a long way from the village on the island.

Highly attentive and excellent staff who were extremely helpful. Beach was serene with a handful of people at any one time. Food on the whole was excellent and you don't actually need to leave to find other places as there was a varied menu with very good quality ingredients that was consistently executed. Overall, would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing break from phnom penh or the long temple walks of Siem Riep.

Bit of a walk from the pier to the hotel but nothing overly taxing

Our recent three-night honeymoon stay at the Secret Garden on Koh Rong island was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the hotel's location, facilities, staff, and cleanliness. Our flight from Siem Reap got delayed so that we lost the last ferry to Koh Rong, but the staff at Secret Garden went above and beyond to get us to the hotel by providing taxi and ferry after hours. The hotel is located on Pagoda beach, which was the perfect spot for us to relax and soak up the sun. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was conveniently located near the speedboat pier to Sihanoukville. The hotel rents out scooters, and we rented a scooter during our stay, which allowed us to explore the island more freely and at our own pace. One of the highlights of our stay was the deluxe beachfront room we booked. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The room was also impeccably clean, which we greatly appreciated. We also took advantage of the hotel's spa services, which were excellent. The spa was clean and tidy, and the treatments we received were incredibly relaxing. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and destress.

While we had a fantastic experience at the Secret Garden Koh Rong Island hotel, there were a few areas for improvement. The service at the hotel restaurant was a bit slow, which was a bit frustrating at times. We also wanted to book a bio-luminescent plankton tour, but the hotel was unable to provide is as no one else at the hotel wanted it as well. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. Despite these small issues, we would highly recommend the Secret Garden to other honeymooners. The hotel's beautiful location, excellent facilities, and friendly staff make it the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. We truly felt that the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, and we look forward to returning someday!

Wonderful beach amenities, great food, nice stuff

service is q bit slow, but that isn't a problem when you vacation in paradise

First of all we would like to thank the amazing staff in this very special place! The beach is amazing! It is the most beautiful, wides and cleanest of Pagoda Beach and even more beautiful than in the pictures. There are more than enough sun loungers (with comfortable cushions) for all guests. The set up on the beach is very private as there is a lot of distance between them. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Shower pressure was above expectations and the shampoo/showergel smells good. Bring your own conditioner! The food in the restaurant is great, fresh and there is a big variety to choose from. No need to bring a lot of shoes or slippers, because you'll probably not going to wear them. The Secret Garden Beach was better than the beach we had on our last stay in the Maldives. If they step up the game a tiny bit (e.g. a bit more comfortable chairs, lounge sofas and tables in the dining are), they can absolute comparable to this part of the world. Tips: 1. Book a Beach Front Deluxe or a deluxe room accross the swimming pool. 2. Don't forget to bring your anti repellant.

Although we had a brilliant time, want to highly recommend the Secret Garden, we also would like to give some constructive feedback and recommendations. We preferred to share this information in person with the Finish owners, but we didn't get a chance to talk to them. There is a total lack of control on non-guests spending hours at the beach (this happened on a daily basis) taking up the best spots on the beds under the palm trees so the resident guests could not use them. Also there was a couple of time groups of Chinese taking over the beach with drones and photographers. The 'hotel guests only' sign near the swimming pool should be moved to the front after the restaurant sign. When the owners are not there (we think they arrived only the day before we left), you see that the staff is a bit more nonchalance. It is not acceptable that the 3 people who clean all rooms, are only able to do the touch up in our room around 4 PM. There is a lot of dirt on the beach, although it is cleaned once a day (which should actually be done twice; 1x each morning and 1x when tide goes low), it was dangerous to find a few syringes with the needles still attached right in front of the property. Imagine what happens when someone steps into it. Take care of the palm trees; they are turning yellow! We saw them being watered in the morning, but then the leaves will burn when the sun shines on them, so please water them after 5 PM when the sun is not so strong anymore. Cut the leaves that are lower than 180º, so the new ones get the power to grow. We have more than 20 palm trees in our own garden, so we speak from experience. There must be a maintenance scheduled as there are more cracks than it is charming. It can be dangerous, especially in the outdoor shower where they are so huge, you just pray there is no black hole underneath. The outdoor shower could do with a bit of improvement as the plants only attrack big spiders and it looks a bit like a prison.

The property is positioned at the far end of Pagoda beach which is definitely the nicer end of Pagoda beach as you walk along. We felt like we had arrived in Paradise as this place is absolutely breathtaking. I cannot fault anything, the accomodation was gorgeous, the food amazing and the staff so helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights but would happily of stayed for longer. So quiet and peaceful away from the rat race of this world

It was quite expensive to see the rest of the island although after taking a fishing trip we realised how lucky we were to be at Pagoda Beach.

The location. Definitely the best end of pagoda beach. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend if you are wanting a break from the rat race. so peaceful and the food is amazing

Quite expensive to see other parts of the island

Luxury resort on a secluded beach. Quite expensive but comfort and service were perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant at reasonable price taking into account quality and isolation.

Nothing. Just not cheap.

Best accommodation in Koh Rong, (possibly in all of Cambodia). Staff work hard to keep the beach in great condition and keep guests happy. Restaurant on premises is fantastic and worth going to even if not staying at the property. We went for 3 nights initially and then ended up back there less than a week later, (would've stayed longer had they not been booked out!). Absolutely beautiful property and I would recommend booking well in advance and planning your trip around staying here.

Lovely quiet and clean beach - staff work hard to keep it that way despite windy conditions. Staff at the bar/restaurant were always accommodating, friendly and welcoming. Good quality food and beverages with plenty of choice.

Some staff not as friendly, which was a shame. Felt a little overpriced but you are paying to stay on a very quiet and secluded beach.
