This is a well maintained condo in a nicely kept gated community. Steps away from the beach so listening to the ocean at night was awesome. Beds were very comfortable and the well supplied kitchen made cooking a pleasure. Plenty of places to eat and plenty to see and do close by. Only downside we could come up with is we wished there was a light fixture above the dining table. We will be back another time.

Enjoyed a restful and enjoyable week at the beach in this comfortable rental. Unit was spacious - perfect for 2 couples. Beds and furniture were comfortable and kitchen well appointed. Location was quiet and walking distance to the pier, beach, cinnamon rolls, and other downtown attractions. We'll be back next summer!

Been staying with this complex for 20 years, in various units. 119 was great. Modernized and redesigned. Digital lock is so convenient. Very clean. Decor simple and attractive. All good!

We loved the location and cleanliness inside and outside. Security system was easier then I expected. The condo had all the amenities we expected except the pool was not heated. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs lights and fans were a little tricky to operate otherwise we had everything we needed.

Super comfortable bedrooms with ocean sounds all around. We so enjoyed getting up for morning walks on the beautiful beach. Great bbq setup right outside the kitchen. Walking distance to shops and restaurants make it hard to beat!

We came back to condo 119 this year for the 3rd year and were again very pleased with the condo's condition and the amenities provided. The addition of the dining set instead of eating bar was a BIG plus for us! Will be booking again for next year!

The condo was great for our family of 4. Equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, plus a pack-n-play with crib sheet which was really nice. Lots of extra towels, pillows, etc. Place was very clean; only cleanliness issues to point out are that washing machine had mold on and around it so we never used it. Dishwasher probably hasn’t had filter cleaned because it didn’t wash things very thoroughly. I know appliances in a rental suffer a lot of wear and tear and not a lot of upkeep. Location is great - right next to the pool, can walk right onto the pier and beach, in the heart of Pismo but in gated neighborhood so not SO close to all the busyness and crowds! Ocean views were lovely. Only thing about the location is that Pismo Beach is a bit wild on weekends. I loved it on the weekdays, but it is full on touristy, crowded, loud beach town on saturdays. Overall great rental and would stay in that condo development again!

Cute and clean beach getaway
We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable unit, well equipped and clean. So close to the beach! Pool had to be reserved in 30 min intervals which wasn’t awesome but is expected in Covid times. We would definitely stay here again.

it was in a great location and everything we need was there. i just wish we had two keys to go in and out of the property since my husband wanted to go for a run while my kids and i wanted to go to the beach. that made it a bit less convenient but overall very good stay!

Our stay at Pismo Shores Paradise was awesome! You can't beat the location -- just steps away from the beach, and a short walk to the Pier and all of the restaurants and shops. The property was spotless, upgraded, and so serene -- we could hear the waves crashing every night. Loved the complex, too, space to run around on the lawn, and enjoy a dip in the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back!
