Sasa is an excellent host. Her communication and organization made all the logistics a breeze. The place is in a great location, a very short walk from the main part of town and the bus stop (the bus to the mountain in CB is the easiest of anywhere and runs every 15 minutes on a set schedule). The views of Mt. Crested Butte are amazing from this location. The place has everything you could want and the bed and furniture were quite comfy. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Our host Sasa was super friendly and helpful, giving us restaurant tips etc. Location is very convenient, quick walk to town, and the view of Crested Butte Mountain from the window is spectacular!!!

Quiet, relaxing weekend

Sasa’s place was just perfect for me . Great location and every detail I could desire . I can’t wait to come back . All the comforts of home in paradise . She went above and beyond .

My husband & I stayed for a weekend ski trip & this was the perfect cozy little spot. Perfect walking distance to everything in town including shuttle to mountain every day. Condo had everything we needed-coffee maker, washer dryer, even a boot warmer/dryer which was a nice added perk after a day of fresh powder😬. Sasa was a great host & super friendly & quick to respond. Will definitely stay again!!!

This was a weekend getaway gift for my daughter and her fiancé who love in Montrose. They said it was great. They took the shuttle to ski and said the walk to downtown was easy even with all the snow.

My husband &I really enjoyed staying at this spot near Rainbow park. You could walk to everything downtown, and it was close to great hiking/biking trails. We also loved the Murphy bed, it was super comfortable. The host was very welcoming and brought over fresh flowers to make the place more cozy. Highly recommend!

I was impressed with how much bigger it is in person than I thought. The home has everything you need for a nice stay. I'll definitely try to rent it out again around ski season!

All was just perfect for two people. Place is darling with walking access to town. Murphy bed was very comfortable and Sasa was always available even though she was out of town. Well stocked kitchen. Only upgrade would be to add another ice cube tray or two! We look forward to returning.

Sasa's Cottage was exactly as pictured and even better than expected. What upcoming visitors might not know is there's a mud room for storing items that you don't want in the living space, such as skis, and there's a wonderful view of Mt. Crested Butte out the side window. We enjoyed coffee while watching sunrise on the peak every morning from the murphy bed. Sasa is a wonderful host and we'll be doing our best to come back. Thank you!Some helpful head's ups for future guests: the parking rules are provided and are simple but can be easy to forget about during a vacation. Here's how I remembered them:- Park in the designated spot to the right of the cottage.- But, if it's going to snow 4'' or more in the forecast the plows will come at around 4:00 AM then you have to park on the street that allows parking that day before that time.- There are parking signs that say plows will plow this side on an even or odd day of the month during the night starting at 10:00 PM. For example. if it's the 1st of the month, then that's an odd day and you can't park on that side. There's plenty of space in the winter.- Also since the no parking starts at 10:00 PM, you can park on either side of the street until then.- There could be a sign not directly in front of your vehicle but the restrictions apply to the whole side of the street. Make sure to check the signs though because things could change after this has been posted.

Cute and cozy mini house within walking distance of everything. Would stay again

This was a lovely property in an amazing location. Sasa was very available and extremely helpful. We are hoping to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this property!!
