The house was perfect for the 3 of us. The only thing that wasn’t good, through no fault of the owners, was the ally. We used an Uber most of the time, we met them on the street because they wouldn’t come to the house. It was raining when we left and we had to drag our luggage through the ally, which was flooded. Other than that, everything was great!! The house had everything we needed and after walking most of the time, we were ready to relax!

3 Tully was a great location and and a wonderful home!

Our stay was fantastic. The house had plenty of room and every detail was well thought out and executed. We were steps away from King Street, but we heard no outside noises our entire stay. My biggest raves are for the location, but I have to give props to the Air Condition, as well. On the hottest days of the year, the third floor master bedroom was very cool and comfortable. All-in-all, a great summertime stay!

Well furnished traditional house located one block off upper King Street, the center of nightlife in the city. Located down a one lane alley, one of 5 homes. Very comfortable, quiet accommodations in a great location. Catch a bike taxi and go anywhere on the peninsula!

Very nice, comfortable house Parking is a problem. One very tight space. No live TV.

My group of friends really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, stocked with everything you need and is located near so many stores and restaurants. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Would highly recommend!

Stayed at 3 Tully Ally for a girls getaway. The place was immaculate and location was perfect. We were able to walk most everywhere. Only issue was with Wi-Fi signal. Had a difficult time watching movies. Not a big deal, just noteworthy. Otherwise, absolutely adorable home with all the creature comforts. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We stayed here for my wedding weekend. The house is a typical southern, Charleston home located in a beautiful alley. The perfect backdrop for wedding photos. Upon arrival, the host was super quick to respond to any inquiries via text. There was an issue with the AC, but the host was able to assist almost immediately. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Charleston. Oh, and it’s a 2 min walk to King Street.

We attended a wedding at the William Aiken House and this property was the perfect home base. Spacious and clean, I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely, just as advertised. We enjoyed walking to coffee at Brown’s Court. Only ask would be for extra blankets. It got quite chilly at night.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in downtown Charleston. We were able to walk to each and every venue we chose for shopping and dining. It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is elegant and cozy. Our group of 6 were very comfortable and found that everything we needed was supplied by our host.

House was great. My suggestion would be extra blankets- it was quite cold and the bed linens were too thin. Also, would make aware no bathroom on main floor. Having said that, we would definitely rent the house again and enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here for the Charleston Half Marathon! My husband was able to walk to the start line so that was Aweome! The location to King Street can’t be beat, we walked to Starbucks every morning. The house is an older home but had lots of charm. There were plenty of linens, pillows, and all that we needed!

I stayed with my two adult kids at this charming house for a week over the Christmas holiday. The property was in a fantastic neighborhood. Super close to shopping, restaurants and cultural sites of Charleston. The property manager was wonderful to work and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The parking is a bit tight so a small car would be an advantage. Having said that, I rented a Jeep Cherokee because my kids are very tall and we made it work:)

wonderful house in excellent location alley is very narrow but our Equinox handled it fine very clean rental and not having to clean upon leaving was so wonderful decorating inside was gorgeous 2 couples and 1 additional adult -- plenty of space

Such an architectural treat in a superb location. Just around the corner from Baba’s on Cannon … lovely spot for Bfast!

My mom and I had a wonderful vacation staying here for a girls’ trip to Charleston. The area was safe and easily walkable to all of Kings street. The property was beautiful and clean, and the owners were very easy to reach by text or email. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay at a charming home in the heart of Charleston. Definitely a great spot for a weekend away with friends!

We stayed at this beautiful house for a three day girls’ trip to Charleston and loved our stay. It’s close to King Street restaurants and the DASH free shuttle. Our host was very easy to work with and they provided everything we needed. My only issue would be the condition of the alley which is the only way to access the house. We wanted to walk to some places nearby for dinner and after it gets dark there is no light and the condition of the bricks are extremely treacherous. Also, we had to get up on a wall to cross over the deep water in the street after it rained. But other than that, it was a wonderful stay and a great way to see Charleston!

The house was a fantastic, hidden away oasis that our group was able to touch down at in between bars and restaurants. Having morning coffees on the porch or evening drinks away from the bustle of the King St. activity was so pleasant and relaxing. Very comfortable and management did great by us during our stay.

We all really enjoyed this comfortable home! Close to restaurants on King Street.

We thoroughly loved the house!

This was the perfect house for our first girls’ trip post-Covid. Absolutely adorable and great downtown location, a few blocks off of King Street. Just beware that it is at the end of a VERY uneven brick alley (which was difficult to navigate in heels)!
