Only The view

No A/C No curtains Bad smell in house No hot water Cobwebs everywhere. Sliding doors to veranda could not open.

The location is great, sitting up on the hill overlooking Fingal Bay. The view is amazing whether you're sitting out on the balcony looking at the water or sitting inside looking up at the hills on the opposite side of the bay. The house is huge with plenty of room for activities.

The house was not properly cleaned. e.g. There was a thick layer of dust on the bedroom side tables, most of the glasses and plates had residue stuck to them and need to be re-washed. Bedroom wardrobe mirror doors covered in hand prints didn't look like they've ever been cleaned. And the BBQ was pretty gross and needed to be thoroughly cleaned before we could use it. They don't make your beds (I think that's a paid extra, a little rich when you're charging $700 a night) but instead leave a plastic bag of sheets/towels on your bed and expect you to do it... great way to start your holiday.
