In my opinion, If the rebuilding of this area continues to expand, It could help immensely with some ones overall impression of this property in the future. I honestly feel that the area that surrounds this property at this time is defeating its overall appeal to the public.

We arrived and check in was easy! We had a nice little goodie basket waiting g for us. House was beautiful and very clean. Beach access was about a 15-20 minute drive which wasn’t bad at all and there were some nice little restaurants to eat at in the downtown area. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely stay at this house again in Pensacola!

The only complaint was that there wasn't extra essential supplies in the house that were needed. Things like toilet paper, paper towels soap and trash bags. This would not have been an issue except we were not made aware of this before arriving and had to make emergency runs to the store.

This may be rather lengthy, but I want to give a full accounting of the week at the townhouse. First, it is rather new, has modern furnishings, wood floors throughout, and all of the appliances are top of the line Samsung.....from the coffee pot to the fridge to the dishwasher and even the televisions (one in every room). The beds are comfortable and they adjust up and down by remote control.My husband and I are elderly, have lived in Pensacola many years ago, are not beach people, and are both artists, so the location was perfect for us......close to downtown and the galleries. A block away from Joe Patti's famous seafood store and gourmet shop, we bought shrimp and redfish the first night to grill (we brought out own small grill). As for food, if you need anything there is a fabulous Publix a few miles away. We brought out little dog, and while there is no fence, there is a park close by, and people walk their dogs all day long. We made coffee every morning and sat out on the front porch. There is a settee and two chairs. (They do need a small table to put your cups and drinks on) There is a large bedroom and huge bathroom and a half bath downstairs, and two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. There is also a large laundry room with a Whirlpool washer and dryer.....I washed clothes and towels every day, and I bought detergent. I also bought a box of Finish tablets for the dishwasher as there were only two tablets there when we arrived. I used the dishwasher daily also. I brought our own bar soap and some Dawn dishwashing liquid. If you're into seafood, these are some of the restaurants we went to: you need to go to the Coffee Cup for breakfast (it's an institution in Pensacola), Perdido Key Oyster Bar, Captain Joey Patti's Restaurant, the Fish House (went there for a terrific Sunday Brunch), Nick's Boathouse, and Fisherman's Corner (under the bridge in Perdido Key, about a 25 minute drive) Note: almost everywhere we ate, my husband had their shrimp and grits.....you really can't go wrong! There is also a fantastic little Pecan shop around the corner. Gourmet coffees, honey, candies, gifts, and every kind of covered pecan you can imagine. (We went there three times.) There are some great art galleries downtown....Quayside and Blue Mountain are two of our favorites.Our only complaint during the week were the limited TV channel choices. All in all, this place was fantastic, and we'd sure come back!!! Hope some of this helps future lodgers.

We loved our stay here. It was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the location was great! I just wish the bridge would have been open. I’d suggest bringing a laundry basket with you, as there is not one in the home, but other than that, they have everything you need! Can’t wait to come back.

Great place and experience. Really enjoyed staying here! Clean and plenty of space for 4 adults. Could have used more kitchen towels, provided more dishwasher detergent and had screens on windows. Otherwise we loved it! Would 10/10 stay here again
