Quiet location, very friendly staff.

Parking was slightly difficult, no proper terrace to sit.

Lovely, helpful owners. Close to a good selection of food stalls and restaurants. Self-service laundry around the corner. 7-11 at the end of the road. Clean room and good-sized bathroom. Powerful shower and effective air conditioner. Loved the koi pond outside the room and the beautifully kept grounds.

Great host and great service. Contacted us by Line and sent us GPS coordinates. Checked up with us to see how we were doing on the drive there. Checked the rooms as we got in at 2 AM. Easy access to markets and other locations nearby. 7-11 only 80 meters down the road was nice!

Mosquitoes in the room as there was a big crack under the door. Shower head was a little old. Bathtub had a crack in it. Bed was very firm.

The fish pond! Friendly staff who speak good English. Bath tub with a garden!

The accomodation is very clean and comfy, but there are a lot of mosquito in the room. It would be better to use the mosquito spray prior to arrival so there won’t be any in the room. Overall, we enjoyed the time spent there.

Great Hotel that I can recommend to whoever is traveling around Hua Hin. Free WiFi, clean rooms, nice ambience and very friendly landlord.

The only minus point was a lingering smell in the bathroom.
