The staff are lovely and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. I particularly liked the breakfast area and the restaurant outdoor area was beautiful. Was very happy with my stay overall.

The design of the shower wasn’t good. The water splashes out on the ground of the bathroom no matter how careful you are. So i think that’s something that can be improved. Breakfast isn’t as amazing as everyone states in their reviews, it’s average. Which makes the price a bit too expensive for the room in my opinion. However, one thing that’s great about it as they can cook your eggs how you want which is a big plus. Coffee was made fresh for you as well and there was plenty of it. It was a nice breakfast but for someone like me who travels a lot this is an okay breakfast not amazing. I would have liked to see some more fruit rather than only apples.

Der Check-in wurde unproblematisch abgewickelt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Sehr leckeres, individuelles Frühstück. Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer. Alles top.

Hat alles gefallen

Der Service war klasse. Die ukrainische Dame vom Empfang rief mich morgens schon sehr freundlich an und Marc, der mich abends auf´s Zimmer begleitete, war echt super nett :-)

Mein Zimmer war etwas eng, doch dafür war das Bad sehr schön ausgestattet.

Parkplatz etwas weit entfernt. Es fehlt ein Hinweis.

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist einzigartig: Mitten im alten Werder. Sehr gut ist auch, dass sich auch ein kleines, sehr gutes und gemütliches Restaurant im befindet. Frühstück sehr lecker und frisch - und auch ohne Büffet reichlich. Das Personal ist großartig !! So wünscht man es sich !

Ein Fahrradabstellraum wäre perfekt, aber Abstellung im Innenhof ist auch okay. Sollte jedoch nicht zugestellt sein.

Nachteil keine Parkplätze, aber in naher Entfernung sind kostenlose verfügbar.
