People, facilities, food.
Waiting time for food. It is obvious that their preparation capabilities are much below the demand. Thank God the landscape is great and the personnel is very pleasant.

Very nice people, location is amazing and the room was very clean, big and nice. They offered free bicycles, sauna and hot tub. The breakfast was also incredibly tasty.

Breakfast selection was amazing and the staff overall was really helpful. The hot tubs outside, sauna, sound system outside and the view there is something not to be missed.
There were loads of flies that could be really annoying , however it was in the country side so it's part of the "charm"

The location is superb and the surroundings are well maintained, gardens, parking and patios!
The rooms are very hot in the summer! No AC!
And the hallways could be vacuumed more often!
Those were a couple of my expectations for the price we paid for a room.

- the design of the furniture was nice
- small food portions high prices
- loud noises if you stay in the main building’s first floor over the restaurant(problematic if you are with a baby)
- we didn’t like the music in the garden

The place itself is magical 😊. We tried last year to book a room but there was no availability so we were so happy now. Our room was big clean and nicely decorated with traditional furniture.

We liked our room, very cozy and traditional style. It's a pity that we didn't stay longer, there are beautiful flowers around the hotel, all in the greenery of the bench you can sit, read and have a good rest in nature.The hotel has a restaurant serving traditional Hungarian dishes, all the hotel staff are dressed in the national costumes, a very respectable atmosphere.

The property is placed in a great area, with easy access to the main hiking circuits and in-walking distance of Rimetea. Great views, very neat garden and a diverse set of amenities (sauna, traditional barrel pools, etc.). The rooms are furnished in a traditional way.
- The heating in the room didn't work during the first night
- There was a pervasive cigarette smoke in the room. We reported it to the Reception but no actions were taken
- The restaurant is pricey

I suggest more people on serving, the restaurant is short on staff and when it’s crowded you can feel the stress of the waitresses.

Breakfast was delicious composed from traditional foods and local brands. The view is great and the staff was nice!
The bathroom did not have external ventilation or windows, but it was really nice and clean.
Everything else was great!!
