Staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful.

The floor in the bathroom was not cleaned, it seemed to be never cleaned during my stay, and preparation of the room was not completed depends on the day. It’s just a small thing but I stayed there for more than one week and it was a sort of interest.

Overall really nice stay and nice hotel. I booked standard room but the receptionist upgraded my reservation without extra charge.

The staff who are working in the lobby and restaurant weren’t good in their work but at the same time they were respectful. 1-When I was calling to go order something, they talked 30min to Brito me !!! 2- I booked studio for two people and in the third night my friend left the hotel and I have another friend come to stay with me but they change for him !!! The proximity to Old Town, Nizami street etc was absolutely fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite.

The Junior Suite seemed much smaller than the pictures on booking.com, the breakfast was not great, the variety of the food was alright but quality could be improved.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful, kind staff working in there. The location was about 10 mins taxi to the old city, only cost about £1! The hotel always arranged the taxi for us. The breakfast was lovely but maybe more fresh fruit would be nice.. We loved staying at the hotel and i am sure we will be back.

In general this was good 4 star hotel and fully ok for us. Looked new and clean all though we staid just for one short night before our departure from Baku. No minibar available, but bar was opened 24h. Nice breakfast in big breakfast place with decent service.

WiFi was not working upon our late arrival. However it was fixed next early morning. Happens.

Overall hotel stay was satisfactory.

The staff so good and mr gurshocol it’s nice person

As always I have enjoyed my stay thanks to Mr.Gurshad. He helped me out in extending my stay during this holiday and supported me in checking in earlier on my arrival day. Mogan hotel are lucky to have someone so helpful among their management.

The Smoke detector gave an extraordinary bright flash. breakfast could pride more varied healthy cereals

The place is very nice and the service is also great, especially the receptionist Gurshad he was very nice and I will recommend this place to any tourist from my country

Everything was so perfect to be honest the location is so great if you go out by the backdoor of the hotel from R level you will find multiple shops that helps your day ahead, the room was clean the wifi was so fast which is make my day easier and the breakfast was so great so many choices to choose from thanks for the chef’s whose making the fresh food daily for us! finally i would like to thank Mr. Elnur for his great service he is helping us with anything we are looking for even with booking a cars to go around the city! I extended my stay because i finds my stay in this hotel was so perfect 👍🏻
