Breakfast was fine Front desk guy named William was awesome. Maybe friendliest person I ever met.

No hot water in the room could not shower Bathroom faucet wouldn't shut off and ran the whole time. Room overwhelmingly smelled of bleach Entered room despite do not disturb sign Location is hard to find One small very slow elevator for the entire hotel. Was told I would get refund for 1 night because of no hot water and that did not happen.

The staff was amazing. The property was beautiful!

It’s a new hotel, excellent facilities with Marriott standard.

The shuttle stops at 10 pm, we took a $50 taxi ride to get there and no shuttle was available to drop off until 9am the next day, we had to take a $30 Uber ride the morning of our flight I will not recommend this option if you are using for an airport layover as it’s a bit far from DFW

Best continental breakfast I’ve had. Variety was great. Location is great near enough to enter highway pretty smoothly.

Pool had to much chlorine, daughter left live to swim but couldn’t for a long time.

The Staff was wonderful and very kind and helpful when were stranded after a flight cancelation at DFW and had to spend 2 days in the DFW area. Rooms were clean comfortable Breakfast was good for a free continental with make your own waffles. Hotel facilities were good, pool, laundry etc

Location, while not bad nor did it seem dangerous or anything was more of a commercial / industrial area on the outskirts of a residential area and was kind of hidden behind businesses, more signage may be a great idea

Our stay was unplanned after a flight cancellation. The Staff were wonderful, front desk staff were friendly and attentive to any needs or requests. The employee that ran the breakfast area was friendly and helped with requests. The room was clean and comfortable for 5 guests.

The location was a bit to commercial for us surrounded by businesses, no real green areas. This would be the only thing I can point to a negative for us.
