My second stay...love everything about the unit.

Everything about this place says "Home". Literally a home from home. As it's in IT park, lots of convenience stores, bars and restaurants. The condo comes with everything you need to cook, reheat food and brew coffee. The WIFI is fast enough to stream Netflix, play onlines games on a mobile or laptop and work online all at the same time. It really is the best place I've stayed in in Cebu city and have booked myself in again. This place, Yen Yen the host and location are perfect. The studio unit was immaculately clean and equipped!

I was surprised to find out that the condo block's generator cannot handle the load of the units when there is a brownout unlike in Manila where most condo towers have at least a 100KVA generator. I checked out a day early due to a rotating brown out all over Cebu which meant no AC. The condo just got too hot for me to work in. I hasten to add...this was NOT the fault of the host nor the owner but a city wide problem.

It was comfy. I was able to cook for my loml. Internet and Netflix were great. The view was spectacular. The bathroom has a hot shower feature so it's relaxing. People are friendly. This place felt like home for both of us.🫶🏻

It’s clean and comfy. The AC works great. The internet si fast with available program for streaming movies. It has everything that make your stay worthwhile with free toiletries and cleaning materials. It is accessible and near malls and other food chains.

Everything. The place is clean and cozy. It can fit 4 people comfortably. It is also affordable. They have complete set of amenities. They have kitchenwares, tables, cabinets, chairs, TV and wifi aside from the bedroom needs.

It is situated in the back area of Avida Riala. We had a little bit of hard time looking for it. The staff asked for vaccine cards which seem unnecessary since flying to Cebu doesn't need one.

I like the location of the property and of course the room.

1. i love the city view from the bed it was sooo nice 2. they provide netflix so we enjoyed watching while eating 3. the utensils are perfect and complete. 4. The room is very nice and minimalist

1. pool is not available 2. the door lock is very annoying when u lock/unlock it 3. the guard downstairs kept asking about which unit are we staying, once is ok but if they do it every single time is really annoying. can they just remember our face? 4. the tower 3 is very difficult to find, even the security guard @ tower 1&2 is having difficulties to gave us the direction. Angkas/Uber/Grab etc. still couldn’t find
