Perfect location. Right near the beach, a 5-10min walk to the shops - close enough without being too close to the hustle and bustle. Staff were exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble. Special thank you to the maintenance gentleman and front desk staff member (lovely lady with short dark hair - soooo sorry I didn't get your names) who helped us set up "our" stan on the TV so we could watch the rugby final (arrived Friday 27th Oct). Will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great spot, right near the beach and walking distance from great restaurants/cafes. The accommodation was clean and included everything we need with a toddler.

Our room on the 16th floor was stunning and had such an incredible view! The room was very quiet, had block out curtains and a comfortable bed/pillows. The spa, pool and sauna were fantastic! The staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Location is about 15-20min walk away from central Broadbeach but the walk along the esplanade is great!

Modern, clean, spacious, heated pool, great location. One of the most lovely apartments we have ever stayed in. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

If I was being very picky, it would have been good to have a slightly bigger bin and a spatula for cooking. But everything else was great!!

Clean modern Friendly staff

The hotel room was clean all the facilities were great. The pod coffee machine was a bonus. The staff were super friendly. We stayed with ocean views but the city views at night are just as spectacular with all the lights.

The main shops were a little further than I expected but if you enjoy walking its fine. The master bed wasn't really comfortable but was ok for short term stay.

Great location at north end of Broadbeach - 15 min walk in to main area, 23 min walk to Surfers. Easy to park. Great beach nearby. Very clean and spacious apartment with all facilities you need: kitchen and utensils. Nice little pool and spa although that was mostly pretty busy. Top spot!

Apartment was great with good views of the ocean where we actually saw whales going past. Pool and other facilities great.

Check in process wasn’t great. Reception closes at 4pm and we arrived after this time and instructions to get into the apartment where not great. They had an after hours phone number though which was very helpful.

Location is excellent. Close to the light rail and beach. Away from the thick of touristy areas in Broadbeach but a lovely short walk. Pool and spa were a hit with the kids. Rooms were clean and fresh. Great views. Long standing staff (groundsman) were very kind as always.

This was our third stay at Vue and unfortunately will be our last. While the location and accommodation were great, we were disappointed with our customer service experience. During our first and second stay, we were made to feel very welcome and the experience felt quite personal. On this occasion, we were not made to feel this way at all. Some of the front desk staff were unfriendly and frankly, seemed to lack competence. This experience began when my credit card appeared to decline our deposit payment (which I later realised was due to CBA being ‘down’ on that particular morning). The staff insinuated that I didn’t have the funds to pay and said it was my problem to solve - despite me having money in my account and being very confused about the whole situation. It was such a poor experience and I hate to think how upsetting the judgmental tone would have been for someone experiencing financial hardship. I emailed to follow up my request for flexibility upon discovering the bank issue and mentioned being quite stressed, and didn’t receive a reply until the next day when the payment was processed and I was told I could “rest easy now”. No apology or acknowledgement of the situation that was indeed out of my hands. Unfortunately our experience didn’t improve on arrival. Friends staying at Vue also commented on how poor their interactions were and said they won’t be returning.
