Great location, helpful staff, clean room, good price for this location and room size. I would definitely go back.

The location shown on booking is not accurate because they have several properties in that neighborhood. It was still a great location. The water pressure was very low some of the time.

location: extraodinary. A comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, good shower; daily clean. tranquil and silent.

A very small room. Nice decor but not like the pictures posted. Too expensive. Amenities in a hallway, very basic (a kettle, teabags, some cups). No mini fridge in the room. It is not an “apartment”, you’re rather renting a room.

I faced the following problem with this particular hotel, we bought a bottle of wine from an outside business supermarket and drank it in the hotel room, and threw the empty bottle in the trash, the next day I saw a charge on my card when I contacted the hotel they told me that this charge is for a bottle of wine we got from the hotel's mini bar, even though I explained that we didn't take any bottles of wine from the hotel minibar they didn't believe me. when I asked for a refund they did not refund my money back when the next day I asked them again if i will get my money back i was ignored, then I contacted Booking.com and explained to them the problem I was facing neither Booking.com helped me to get my money back the money I finally got it back by disputing the specific transaction I made with the bank.

In person, staff was very helpful and kind. No night clerk or way to talk to front desk or housekeeping. Very poor communication using WhatsApp or their app.

it wasn’t as we imagined, as it was a sharing apartment with 3 rooms no elevator the shower sink wasn’t working probably , the water was overflowing and I had to turn off the water for couple of minutes to let the sink drain water it’s need to be fixed. battery of A/C need to be changed the reception was in another building

The location, the coziness, the cleaning is done very good and clean every day, the very low price

The shower and the internet were horrible ( not good for a business trip), very low isolated (you can hear everyone and everything)
