Pictures don’t do it justice! It’s a bit tucked away so takes awhile to get anywhere but the kids absolutely loved it

pros: Everything was as described, clean, lots of towels, pool towels. The kids enjoyed the pool/game room.
cons: gas grill in the enclosed patio area was horrible. Once lit, the grill filled the patio with smoke and by the time a few burgers/hot dogs were cooked, it was impossible to eat on the patio because of the tremendous amount of smoke. Later we noticed a broken down grill around the side of the house near the outdoor restroom, but it clearly needs to be put into the trash.
The kitchen needs some better skillets. Making breakfast using one skillet....washed in order to use for the next item is not ideal. We only stayed 4 days and went out to eat 3 of the 4 days because of the lack of being able to use the grill anymore.
A few notes: The table lamps in the living room that have no access to electricity should be removed or the cords tied up to prevent a tripping hazard. They are merely decorative and a hanging cord is dangerous. Candle holders on the dining table had big chips in them and are a bit tacky. Also, the hanging wires/box under the tv in the patio is an eyesore.
A/C seemed to be on a governor as most vrbo's are, so achieving a temperature below 70 was not an option.

okay for a few days......
pros: Everything was as described, clean, lots of towels, pool towels. The kids enjoyed the pool/game room.

Our original plans were for 19 of us to stay here but that got trimmed back to 14 because of work related issues. With that, we still had 4 generations stating here ages 4 - 84. The home was amazing. It is actually larger than the photos and videos make it appear. Our stay was Sep 11th - 18th 2021. Everything in the home worked as advertised except one thing I will cover in a minute. All the games in the game room worked and this was a concern based off review I read about other properties. With 6 in our group under 25, Games and the pools were vitally important for the success of this trip. They did not disappoint. We only had 2 issues. Half the TVs in the house did not get regular TV programing. Direct TV in this case. A day or so later the rest of the TVs stopped getting Direct TV. We called and a tech came out but he soon notified us the owner had not pad the bill so it was cut off. TV wasn't all that important to us so it wasn't a big deal but, for the price you pay for a property like this you expect everything to work. Some of our older crew complained the beds were too soft but that is subjective. The hot tub stopped working (bubbles) early one morning but that was quickly fixed when the the pool person stopped by for scheduled maintenance. The only thing I saw that was negative was there was some tall grass sprigs (4 or 5 inch) growing up between the brick pavers in the corner of the pool deck. and by the hot tub. Overall the home was perfect for our week long stay. It had plenty of dishes, silverware, towels, etc. It was a great place to call home for a week and I would stay there again

Wonderful time in the house. It's beautifully decorated. It was nice and spacious for us. But there were a few things that did not work like the jacuzzi jets, the splash pad buckets and we couldn't get regular tv on the projector in the theater room. While they did come fix the jacuzzi jets, it wasn't until the last day. It was so awesome and the arcade was a huge hit.
