We had a great time! We had so much snow the golf course was our own personal sledding hill! So close to beach ski resort. Spent a full day skiing. The bathrooms could use a good cleaning and new shower curtains! But other than that we enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

The house was large and set up well for families with children. The downstairs is a tween/teenager paradise with video games, pool, foosball and tons of board games. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and plenty of space for the adults to hang out. There is a great porch which is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee. I highly recommend that you stop at the grocery store before you get to the house. There is a little store called Freds close by that is good if you just need to pick up a few things, but not great for a big shop if you plan on cooking while you are in the mountains. If you are staying in the winter, I would also recommend 4 wheel drive since there are a lot of steep turns. Brad was amazing and responded to all of my questions very quickly. He also recommended some fun activities. The only negative is that the house is on the golf course and they start tending to the course pretty early, so it might be a bit tough to sleep in. With that said, the kids downstairs didn't hear a thing and managed to sleep to 10am.

We had a wonderful stay here at Beech Mountain. Beautiful location and a good escape from the South Ga heat! My kids loved the home and game room. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Golf course was beautiful. Lots of summer activities to do here: hiking, biking, tubbing, white water rafting, put put, great fire works show, friendly people and cool, non humid weather. Loved the trip!

The house was perfect it is right on the golf course and we had a ton of snow so we sled down the most perfect hill for days never even went tubing and we were the only ones there. House was perfect! Enjoyed the deck space, fireplace, and the kids loved the downstairs. Plenty of space to spread out and come together. Great family time in a wonderful house in the perfect setting.

Beech mountain did not disappoint. Perfect location on the first green, just a short walk to the clubhouse. House was spacious enough for 13 adults. Would definitely recommend.

Basketball size hornets nest on eave of the house - very dangerous - could not enjoy the deck.Code was not sent to me before check in - had to call owner twice.Mildew/Mold issue on the bottom floor - smelled very musty- needs to be checked out for mold - we were all stuffy and headaches being there.All shower curtains were dirty and needed to be replaced.The floor near downstairs tub was rotten and felt like you the floor was going to cave in - also they had a floor mat and stunk.No air conditioner in this house. That should be listed that no air conditioning at this house. Some windows did not have screens to open windows to circulate air.No shades or curtain on window in queen bedroom - it faced the golf course where golfers could see in window. No privacy.Most of the closets didn't have poles to hang up clothes.I'm sorry this is so long but we were so surprised with the price of this house that it had so many issues that could easily been fixed. We had a wedding to attend that weekend and it was miserable to get ready because of no air conditioner. We had looked at other houses in the area that we didn't choose because it said "No Air Conditioner"! I can send you a picture of the hornets nest if you need me too. Does anyone inspect the houses for issues like that? With the size of the nest it had to have been there for awhile.

The house has a great open floor plan. The kitchen is open and very well equipped. House was clean, Brad is a great host. The kids and adults were very entertained with the pool table, video games and all the board games.

Brad was a gracious host and very communicative through the checkin process. This is a beautiful home and great place for family and friends to gather.

This house was recently renovated and you can tell and many of the choices made help give the house a nice fresh and updated look and that shows. The location is great for those that want to getaway from everything and just chill. The communication with Brad was great and he was very responsive when I asked him a question. Overall this was a great stay at a great house.
