We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Sherri’s condo. It is the perfect location where we could enjoy the dock and the bay for fishing and yet just a short walk across the street and we were at the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The property had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing family vacation. Our contact, Mike, was readily available, helpful, and gave us a lot of information about local venues to help make our stay more enjoyable. We hope to return one day. It truly is a perfect retreat. The property was beautiful and true to the listing. The location was amazing with the intercostal off the balcony and ocean just across the street. My family and I had a wonderful time, and it was so convenient with all the included amenities (beach towels, sand toys, fun noodles, etc.). We hope to return!

This condo was just as advertised. Nicely decorated and updated. Located in a town that was the perfect speed for my family of 5 that includes 3 children under 10. Under 5 minute walk to a beach that even during peak spring break time, wasn’t overly crowded. Definitely would visit here again.

The host was helpful and gave us many recommendations on dining and activities. The property was beautiful and it was a very short walk to the beach. There was a beach cart available to take all of the beach chairs to the beach.

My husband, myself and 2 of our adult kids thoroughly enjoyed this space. We were able to spread out and everyone could have their own space when needed. We cooked together in the kitchen often but spent most of our time on the beach walking, playing frisbee and looking for shells. Loved our week in Indian Shres Beach!

We had an amazing family vacation at this condo. It was very clean, in a great location just across the street from the beach. This was a perfect spot for us as my brother lives nearby as well. We hope to stay here again in the future. :)

Great place nor far from beach, short drive to Clearwater. Pool was great. Deck with furniture overlooking the canal was our favorite spot in the morning and evening.

This was an amazing stay!!!! Great location!!! Beds comfortable and literally everything you need in the home!!!! Manager was great and excellent with communication. We would absolutely stay again.

Jeff's place was a refreshing getaway with a great location right on the water. They had everything we needed already at the home and my kids had a lot of fun with the beach toys they provided. You can tell Jeff and Sherri take pride in their home and it was a pleasure staying there. We hope to be back next year!

This really was such a perfect place to stay. The location was great for us- literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, and has its own fishing pier right out the back door. The kids loved the pool, and were amazed at the visiting stingrays in the ocean. The house was fully equipped with everything you could need, and there were even fishing poles and beach toys. Mike, the property manager was amazingly helpful and so quick to respond, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The condo itself is even nicer than the pictures, with great quality appliances, sheets, towels, etc. Definitely plan to return!

This condo is beautiful and in a perfect location! It had everything we needed plus more, was immaculately clean, and honestly just felt like “home”. We loved being on the intercostal waterway - the dock was perfect for the kids to fish from and it’s just a short walk, across the street, to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! From having coffee on the deck in the morning looking at the inter coastal waters( saw lots of dolphins) , to taking a short walk to the beach for the day everything was great. I can honestly say this condo was amazing! I highly recommend staying here. We brought our two boys (10 & 4) and there was plenty to do! We very much felt at home. Mike (property manager) was amazing to work with as well!I would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I absolutely LOVED this condo! It is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. We loved that it was a in a small condo building. Only 12 condos across 2 buildings. The condo itself is beautiful. All high-end appliances and cabinetry. The furniture was very comfortable and nice. The king bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable… and I’m hard to please with beds! Plenty of pillows and blankets if needed.The second bedroom was perfect for our 3 children. It’s cramped with a double bed and bunk bed, but they never spent any time there except to sleep so it didn’t matter!The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. They even left a few Keurig coffee cups and snacks for us!There are a ton of games provided as well. We had a few family rounds of Yahtzee and Parents vs Kids Trivia! The unit is right across the street from the beach, took us about 3 minutes to walk there and there is a crosswalk for safety right in front of the neighboring building.The unit has a storage room where we found several beach chairs, umbrellas and a few beach toys to use. They also have a beach cart to carry everything to the beach!The pool is small and located between buildings, so it doesn’t get a lot of sun. Which could be a pro or a con!The only cons of the place (and these would in no way prevent us from coming back!) were low water pressure in the showers, construction going on 2 doors down (but you could only hear it when outside – and wasn’t too bad), and lastly the outdoor deck could use a little paint touch up.All in all, great location and beautifully appointed condo. Don’t hesitate if you have a family.

Property is as described. Very clean and fully stocked for all cooking/dining/BBQ, and beach needs. Condo has wonderful view of intercostal (boat watching) and is literally just across the road from public Gulf beach access. Good dining and ice cream options within short walk/drive.

The condo was perfect for a week reprieve from Midwest winter. Great to sit on the back deck and watch the boats on the inter coastal waters. Complex was quiet and such a short walk to the beach. Unit had everything we needed and more with beach chairs, towels etc.

This place is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly ask for. The view was amazing. We watched dolphins go by in the morning and the beach was right across the street. Their manager Mike was very responsive and got back to us right away anytime we had a question. Thank you to Jeff and Sherri for sharing your home away from home with us!

LOVED our stay at the condo, it is well kept and very spacious and definitely a great location! We spent many mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the boats and birds, and even saw dolphins and manatees in the intercostal. Our welcome gift was such a special touch and all of our beach needs were made available. The unit is beautiful and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This property was absolutely gorgeous! We stayed with our 2 young daughters and it fit our family perfectly. Everything was extremely clean! The property manager was awesome! Short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. If you don’t want to eat out, the property is stocked with everything for cooking at home. We loved it so much! This is on our list of places to go back. It was the perfect “staycation” for our family. I honestly cannot say enough good things.

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean, beautifully decorated large condo. Enjoyed the morning sunrise off the balcony and the sunsets right across the street. It was perfect!

From the moment we opened the door, we could see how spotless this property was. The owners take great pride in their home which was evidenced by the beautiful beach decor. They have truly thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and wonderful. The view is breathtaking, the close proximity to the gulf makes morning beach walks easy, and the private dock for fishing is where my husband camped out every day. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores are an easy walk or drive. This second bedroom is somewhat small and tight, since it has a queen bed plus a bunk bed in it. However, this makes it perfect for a family as opposed to two 60ish couples which we were. Except for a few things, which were really personal preference, this condo hits the target for vacation spots. Shout out to Mike, the owner’s friend, who guided us through the renting of this property, and checked on us by phone throughout our stay. Always looked forward to our chats!
