This this little beach bungalow is great! It’s clean and a 1 minute walk to the beach and is perfect for a couple of people. The place has a full kitchen with everything necessary for cheffing it up. There is also a charcoal grill for grilling. The pool is clean and nice and there a couple hoses conveniently placed for when you come in from the beach. The property is close to Margaritaville and Lynches Irish Pub which has live music on most nights. This will be my number one selection for when I visit Jax. Super stoked on this great find!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was perfect and the amenities described were accurate. But the cleanliness and the maintenance of the property was not good. The shag carpets were dirty with food stuck in them, the floors were grimy and the tub was filthy and continually was clogging. The shower curtain was stained and the towels given had holes in them. There were stains on all the linens and the couch. Paint was peeling on all the doors and splash stains on the walls. No matter the location or if a property is updated means nothing if the property is not maintained or clean. I would not recommend this property to a friend or stay at one of these properties again.

The bungalow was cozy and there was no noise or distractions near enough to cause us any problem with enjoying the surfside atmosphere. The bungalow is less than 100 yds from the waterline and a few steps from the door and you're wading in serenity. We will return in the future. No complaints at all!

Starting with the less than desirables: - the listing did not make it clear that I was making a reservation with a third party property management company. This made communication during the booking process confusing - the confirmation emails contained outdated information regarding the check in process. It was was very easy but the outdated information was not helpful. - the unit is very very small but truthful to photos shown in listing. The bathroom toilet is finicky with flushing and the shower does not drain well - one of the three a/c units failed during our stay and the property manager offered to have it fixed immediately! Having two other units, we decided to wait. - there was no toiletries. This was a little inconvenient as we were staying for a week. Overall our stay was a great experience! The condo is within a gated community with a direct path to the beach and pool area. While there is no view of the beach from the unit, it’s easy access to it was great. The unit was very clean and true to photos! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Overall it was a great experience. I wish there was more toiletries and kitchen supplies/garbage bags. The pictures are a bit deceiving on the size. Also if you aren’t sharing a bedroom with the other person the bathroom situation isn’t ideal

I was looking for a last-minute getaway for me, my husband, our daughter (4 years old) and son (15 months). So happy we found this place! The location is amazing and conveniently located. The property manager was friendly and made our stay so easy and comfortable. The place is tiny but it was cozy for our little family of four. We put the baby's pack & play in the walk-in closet and squeezed the three of us into the queen bed (I wish it was a King bed but otherwise the place was perfect). The pool and beach are steps away and we loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

I had my best friend join me for a sunshine retreat while I was receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic for a week. It was the perfect size for a couple or two girls. Freshly renovated and every little detail thought through! Super cute “beach” decor, comfortable bed and couch. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes if you choose to cook. There really is not a patio or outdoor area other than the parking lot to sit out which did not bother us because we went out each night but if you choose to sit out the common area furniture by the pool over looking the beach is beautiful! The property is gated but the area is residential and did not appear to be unsafe. The property is well maintained and the pool area is simple but very nice and clean. Steps across the dune to the beautiful beach! Only a couple miles to the dining and shops of Atlantic beach. Great week, perfect little spot.

Stayed here for the weekend and it was lovely! Great location and close to everything
