Our family enjoyed their stay overall. Clean, cute house in a great location and the price was good. The only issue I had was that my husband and I did not even get to stay there because our vehicle broke down. Our family, that was staying at the vacation rental was headed back home and my husband, my dog and I were supposed to occupy the rental for the remaining time. I spoke to the owner about our situation and asked if we could get a refund for those last few days since no one would be there. He said that even if he had to refund the money back to us directly, himself, he would do that. (I understand that VRBO’s policy was no refunds, even in our situation). The owner did not refund us our money but VRBO did offer us a credit to stay in the house another time. I do appreciate that. At least it is better than nothing. I just wish the owner would have kept his word.

Great clean newly renovated property with all the comforts you would want. Spacious outdoor spaces and a fully stocked kitchen. Close to the beach but not too close to be in the beach mess. We enjoyed our stay!

House was perfect! Very clean and great location in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were extremely accomodating and even helped coordinate the set up a hospital bed for one of our family members with disabilites. The house was very accessible for a wheelchair. They went above and beyond and were very responsive and easy to contact. Will definitely stay again!

Nice house in a great Neighborhood. Very spacious and very clean. Great park for walks a couple of minutes from house. Close to beachside. Host was responsive when we needed help with tv. Only negatives tv is streaming only and bed was to soft. Overall very nice property.

My husband and I and two 18 year olds just stayed for five nights and we loved the place! Great neighborhood and awesome location. Six minutes to great gulf beaches, grocery is close, and so are multiple restaurants. House was clean, check in worked perfect, owner was responsive to questions and we had plenty of space! Our extended family which included senior citizens and college students loved this property! It was perfect in every way. The location is so close to everything and the yard and porch are fantastic! I can’t rate this highly enough!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location - easy access to beaches, nearby grocery/restaurants, very close to Pinellas Trail for bike rides. Spacious home - big yard. Looking forward to a return visit.

The house was great and specious. Very clean, big, very comfortable with a huge backyard. The house is fully eqiupted with everything we needed, there were also board games and outdoor games to play which was super great. The host was super responsive to all our needs and more. We felt home away from home. We will defiantly come back!

Our Annual Family reunion was not at our usual location but we were very lucky to have found this great place and a very gracious Host! He was very accommodating and assisted us with some special requests. The place is perfect for a large family in a beautiful neighborhood! Thank you Jonathon for helping make our reunion special!

Our stay was for a memorial service and a wedding party. We also managed to get a little beach time in. The house was close to everything we needed, including the beach. Comfortable homey house with a wonderful screen outdoor area. Beach chairs and games provided, beach towels and soft new bath towels. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I, our 2 sons (8 & 12), our 6-month-old Boxer, and mother-in-law were able to have our own space and privacy when needed. Loved the two living area spaces, one for the adults to watch TV and one for the kids to enjoy their shows/video games via Ruku TV. The screened-in patio made for a great place to enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view and in the evenings to have adult time! The property was clean and well taken care of, and recently renovated! Our hosts were gracious and responsive to a few minor needs! This property is conveniently located within a mile to a Publix grocery store, Starbucks, shops, and restaurants, and a 10 min drive to Madeira Beach! Definitely visit Boca Ciega Park, within walking distance! I highly recommend a visit, we can't wait to come back to this vacation home!

Great location. Place was as described. Perfect for our family vacation. Had everything we needed for the beach. Host was nice and responsive. Would definitely come back again.

The property owner and his dad was very friendly and informative. We stayed during the tropical storm (sadly there isnt much to do). They check on us via phone/text every now and then to see if we needed anything. The house was super clean even with Pet Friendly. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed (pans, silver ware, spices, etc). Overall, exceptional place!

Clean, spacious, pet friendly, perfect location to restaurants/ beach/ stores. Owner is a gem! We will definitely rent this again. Our dogs enjoyed walking the yard, we didn't mind having them on leash but a fenced in yard would be nice.

The accommodation is beautiful the yard space is amazing a perfect spot for family fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In addition the owners are very nice people. No issues no complaints.
