We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. A trolly pickup was 0.2 mile away. Public beach access was about the same distance. Everything you wanted to do was accessible from this location that was more on the south end of the strip.

This place was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, Bridge St., restaurants, and bars. The unit was very clean on arrival. It was a cute cottage looking unit. The laundry room was conveniently located 4 steps out the door. It was a quiet location, and very relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful 2 week vacation!!

Very pleased with the proximity of the unit to the beach, restaurants and stores. Loved the free trolley that runs the length of the island. The unit itself was clean, very soft bed, handy laundry unit and beach chairs for renters’ use. Would love if the sliding glass door was functional, easier to access the bbq.

This condo has a great location across from the beach. It was quiet which was very helpful to me.
Clean and had many great thoughtful kitchen items.
I would recommend a step stool for those of us who are vertically challenged. It’s difficult to get to the top shelf.☺️

My husband and I stayed over Labor Day weekend. We thought the place was perfect. The walk to the beach was short and the beach was not crowded. Would defiantly recommend Synders Rest.

Location was superb and parking very convenient. My only suggestion would be to replace and upgrade the beach amenities. After all, guests are coming to the island to spend all their time at the beach. Umbrella was broken in spots and chairs in the beach wagon weren't ideal for beach use. Otherwise, the rental was excellent and very accommodating of our needs! Would stay here again.

The place was very clean and nice. Two things that would have made it. 5 stars for me was a ceiling fan in the bedroom for air circulation at night and a bigger bathroom. Something with more counter space to put things. Otherwise the location was great and well maintained.

Nice & quaint place. Great location on the Anna Marie Island and walking distance to the beach. The only downside is that there is no view of the water (Bay or Gulf). Also it would be nice if there was some access to a nearby pool.

Very nice place. Only a few negatives… no dish to cook on except a cookie sheet and a pizza pan. The dishwasher was broken but not hard to hand was dishes. Only one really good beach chair… one broke one me when I sat dow… got a good chuckle out of tho. Otherwise a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.

This property is super close to the beach and historic Bradenton. One would not even need a vehicle to get around easily. Despite the location so near the Cortez Bridge, it is extremely quiet. The property was clean, comfortable, and convenient! It was great for the two of us and would work well for 3-4 people. Easy walking distance to the beach, the Bridge Street area, and a block from a stop for the free island trolley.
There are laundry facilities in the adjacent building as well as a laundromat a block away.
We would definitely consider staying here if we are in the area again.

I wished there was a better view. I would have appreciated live sports on the tv, too. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. It's a great location, 200 steps to the beach, multiple restaurants in walking distance.

Cute and cozy with everything you need and then some. I was surprised to find an outdoor shower to wash off sand after the beach, as well as a beach cart to haul your stuff and a couple of umbrellas. It’s a small house split into 3 private units. We were the only ones renting at that time and the whole property felt extra private. 10/10 will recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

It was nice to have a TV with a wide range of streaming services for the late nights. The island is very chill so many places close down by 11pm. Also the AC was a nice perk. The only thing I would say is it would be ideal to provide more than one role of toilet paper for two people who booked five nights.

We missed not having a TV in the bedroom or a long mirror when getting ready. But those things aside, there were a set of outdoor chairs for relaxing and a grill available. This was a quiet area and within walking distance to most restaurants and the beach!

Nice, clean conveniently located place
If you are looking for just a small place for a couple of people this is a nice place. It was very clean and well stocked. There are 2 things that would have made this an awesome place for us. A ceiling fan in the bedroom and a little bit bigger bathroom. There is no where to put your things as there is a very tiny sink. Other than that, it was well maintained and quaint.
