the facilities are amazing and the superb location right in the residential neighbourhood is splendid for a family of seven!

the steep staircase ain't for knee sensitive folks

clean bed linens,enough beds to sleep comfortably & 3 toilets

ground floor dining area is not very clean, quite strange sitting there looking at dirty slippers and even see pedestrians & cars pass by through the front glass.

The accommodation fit for family of 6. Has all the facility that we need like kitchen stove, washing machine, microwave, WiFi and having 3 seperate toilets is a plus

The stairs to rooms are very steep.

The place is brand new, cozy and beautiful with complete amenities. It is beyond what you pay. The house is so close to Nishishinjuku-5 chome station(within 5 min.) and near Shinjuku/Shibuya erea. Also easy to access to Asakusa and Tsukiji area. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, convenience store which were good for stay. Wide beds, 3 toilets and other staff are very conformable!! Highly recommend and would stay again!!

Nothing from my side

Tons of space considering it was a place in a decent location in Tokyo. Really enjoyed having the hang out area down stairs so that people who wanted to go to bed early could go upstairs and not be too bothered by the rest of us still hanging out. It wasn't too hard to find and it was super comfy.

The heated toilets were definitely needed and welcomed! The location Wes pretty decent for catching cabs and walking to convenient stores.

The property seemed old. A lot of damages to walls and stairs. There was only one TV in the house that was on the bottom floor. The 3rd floor has no bathrooms so kids had to either use the bathroom on the 2nd floor or go all the way downstairs. There’s no couch to lounge within on the first floor or any kind of comfortable seating. The TV is on the floor.
