Breakfast wasn't offered

Upon check in time the office was closed and I had no access codes or idea of what condo I was in. There was an additional parking fee required and the front desk was closed and could not acquire a parking pass until the next day.

It was nice. The air went out the day before we left. It was very warm that night. We reported it as soon as it quit working

I would have liked the bedroom to have a door

The property is nice, great location right across from the beach. This complex has built new piers over the past few years, and they're great for fishing in little lagoon. There is also a boat launch, and boat parking for a fee. There are nice tennis courts, and a great fun shaped pool area with a hot tub and waterfall. Beach access is a short walk across the road.

You pay for your trip then arrive only for management to scam a $25 parking fee for each car, so be aware of that hidden gem. This particular unit has a door code that is needlessly 10 digits long, just why. Try teaching that to a kid, or juggling your phone to put in such a long code each time, come on, 4 to 6 digits is plenty. The main issue on this trip was that the property advertises early check in if the room is ready. We arrived at 2:30, and I messaged VACASA to see if early check in was possible. They "checked" then replied that the property wasn't clean and the cleaners needed until 4pm. What they didn't know was that we were already at the property, and we waited watching the room for 2 hours, noone ever came, and we just sat there waiting. Once it hit 4, we entered the room and found it cleaned, as it obviously had been earlier in the day. VACASA directly lied to us, which resulted in us unnecessarily sitting in the car while the room was ready. Completely unacceptable and uncalled for.

Everything was okay just dated.

Room is old fashion. Would have enjoy the rooms better if we had working television. They need antennas. For couples, not a whole family of 5

Nice pool, we were harbor side.

We stayed in 406b. Refrigerator wasn’t working, not clean, no blankets. Pull out couch was gross. Outside and inside furniture cheap and very dated.

I like the balcony the chairs need to be replaced but very nice view

I didn’t like the pull out bed it was very worn out other than that it was great

When pulling out the bed from couch seemed very dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time and was very nervous to sleep on it. I found a roach in the bedroom on the headboard. You weren't able to walk anywhere for food - had to drive everywhere and traffic was crazy.

Dated and items need repair.door falling off, roaches in kitchen. Terrible blankets. Over priced for the stay.
