Sehr komfortables Resort! Wir waren I'm Februar dort und hatten fast den ganzen Spa Bereich für uns. Toller Pool, Whirpool und Sauna - alles für Hotelgäste kostenlos nutzbar. Auch die Zimmer waren super ausgestattet und komfortabel: Tolle Dusche, bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und vielfältig! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.
Leider war das Dampfbad während unseres Aufenthalts nicht in Betrieb. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es sich wegen der geringen Belegung nicht lohnte.

Дуже гарний краєвид,цікавий інтерʼєр,смачна кухня,все чисто та охайно.Є все для сімейного відпочинку.
Нажаль в такому вишуканому та дорогому готелі може зіпсувати враження від перебування персонал,зокрема дівчинка яка працювала на стійці регістрації 15 лютого о 9:30 ранку,була вкрай не професійна та не заінтересована в вирішенні питань стосовно комфорту клієнтів.Шкода що нам так ніхто не допоміг.Це вперше сталося за час нашого перебування.

Amazing view,specially sunset,very kind staff,reception working very well.Large territory,Balcony in the room and room service working really fast.Swimming pool with warm water so it’s good even for children)

Spa is terrible,unfortunately…2 rooms for sauna (worked only one of them) and nobody controlling temperature,so you must to sit 1,5 hours maybe to feel some warm…steam room was better,but not much…

Do not trust this hotel´s booking confirmation. A very irresponsible management. They cancelled our booking 1 day before arrival of 5 people (1 pregnant) and left us without options to stay.

The summing pools are good.
My booking included Breakfast BUT it was disappointing. The quality was bad and the food was cold and variety of food too limited. The room service is very poor and the staff in the reception are rude.

The location is great near Tbilisi. The room was typical, and the pool was good.
Breakfast wasn't to my taste. Additionally, the sandwich and beverage at the restaurant were poor.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The room was comfortable.
Reception couldn't give me the menus for both restaurants, so I had to walk over to the further one to just look at the menu (in the end, the menus weren't really that different). They also wouldn't sell wine by the glass in the restaurant.
The bar was closed and so an organised party ended up in the reception bar, making a lot of noise until very late.
The pool is open to the public, and so it wasn't really very quiet or peaceful.

Room was nice.
Seems like some of the staffs judge on the kind of traveller you are. We are backpackers who booked the hotel just to celebrate new years eve. We wanted to drive in the property to just drop our bags but we were not allowed to (maybe because our car were “cheap” and dirty?), but we saw other cars driving in with no problem. However the manager was nice and professional, there was a guy named Nino (?) who helped us to start our car battery. For such a nice hotel, i wished the staffs were more welcoming because most of them are non-smiley and looked judgy.
