They never respond to your queries timely. They had an option for late check-in, but don't trust this. Unless the hotel agrees, they are not going to give you the facility. Just an advertisement, not a promise.

Staff were cordial. Location was perfect.

The breakfast was okay. I guess they bought it from a nearby hotel.
The housekeeping. Especially the bed and linen. The bedspread did not look clean and the pillow covers were torn! I got skin rashes after staying in the hotel. I understand it is a budget hotel. That does not mean they can keep it unhygienic.

The rooms were smaller than what the pictures showed. The location is also a bit dingy.
