We came to Tybee Island escape the stresses everyday life and enjoy doing nothing. Rudy’s condo was the perfect place to do it! We enjoyed watching the waves and wildlife with coffee on the balcony every morning and wrapped up the day with a glass of wine and storm-watching. The condo was clean and had all that we needed. The beach was an easy walk and the pools were a great way to cool off. We enjoyed the “quiet” end of the island and could easily venture into town for shops and restaurants or visit Savannah whenever we wanted. Seeing dolphins every day was an unexpected delight! Can’t wait to go back!

Pros: Very clean condo, great ocean proximity, beach chairs and boogie boards available, nice pools, owner responsive when we had difficulty getting in to the condo Cons: owner signage is rather aggressive as if the renters are doing him a favor by renting from him, artwork is sparse and tacky, there’s an alarm clock glued to a table in one of the bedrooms and the master bedroom had a non functional sliding glass door and the living room sliding glass door lacked a screen, master bedroom drawers needed to be aired out- very musty, a beach umbrella would be appreciated

Rudy very responsive when we had a question. The condo is exactly as described and pictures are accurate. Very nice cozy place. You can sit on balcony and see the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

We rented the condo for 2 nights for our family with 4 young kids. The bunk bed and single twin was perfect for our kids. They loved being all together in one room. The location was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go and the parking was convenient. Watching the massive ships come in and out of the harbor was so cool as well as the beautiful views from the back porch. Although the property could use updating, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay and always felt comfortable. The apartment was clean and matched the photos. Water pressure was amazing in the shower, beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing!

We were their to join family for a cousins weekend. This is an event we do every year, and picked Tybee Island this year. Everything was nice on the property. Even though I was confused when I saw the stairs for the condo. My husband just recovered from knee replacement so it was a little challenging for him, but he did pretty good going up and down the stairs. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness of the condo was impeccable. I would definitely stay again, and recommend the site to folks. Thanks for responding to my request so fast.

The condo was just as described. Everything was clean and neat. We enjoyed the short walk over the dunes to the large, quiet beach. We also liked that Rudy was accessible via text if needed. An overall enjoyable stay on Tybee Island!

The owner from the start was prompt and kind with responses! When we arrived to the condo it was THE CLEANEST condo we have EVER stayed in!! We have traveled A LOT and feel like this specific condo was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in!! Not only was the condo stocked with stuff (Tupperware, cooking utensils, TP, hand soap, books, cards, puzzles etc) but it is also spacious, clean, cute, items feel new and fresh!! Once you exit the condo it’s just as nice!! The complex is clean and exceptionally kept. There are 2 huge pools and a kiddie pool, gas BBQ grills under a covered patio, tennis courts and amazing views. We never go to a place twice but we absolutely would come back and stay at this condo!! The owner clearly takes pride in his rental and we cannot thank him enough. If you rent from this condo, please be respectful!! Take care of this place so it can be wonderful for all of us to come back to!! Do the 1000 piece puzzle! We did and thought we only had 999 pieces but found the last piece under the puzzle🤣We would highly recommend for a beautiful, relaxing vacation for your family!!

Beautiful ocean view and very quick walk to the beach. I don’t think you can find a much closer to the water location on Tybee. Owner provided all the information needed for easy check in and check out. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for a great stay!.

The whole process of booking the property and checking in was easy. We had no issues at all. The location is perfect and we were able to walk to the beach which worked well for our whole family. The pools on the property are also very nice. The property itself has amazing views of the ocean with cargo ships going by. We even saw dolphins daily. The room was clean and well taken care of. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing, carefree family vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Location was awesome. Right off the beach, quiet condo area and close to everything. Rudy responded to all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. He even reached out during our stay to warn us of an approaching storm and to let us know there was a flashlight available in case the power went out. Rudy went above and beyond for us. We would definitely rent this property again if we return to the area.

Great and close walk to the beach. Savannah was a short trip for the day. Very clean, was nice being on the first floor and loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. Pools were great too!

Great location for beach time without a lot of traffic. The last day we were able to share the water with sting rays during high tide. We also saw dolphins playing in the distance.

Clean , did not find any kitchen dishcloths to do dishes other than 1 dishcloth at sink. The walk to and from the beach with all our beach stuff was difficult. Large trucks that parked behind our parking Space during renovations made it difficult to get in and out of my space. The view was nice from the patio, your beach chairs are nasty , other than that we did enjoy our stay
