The use of the space has been used really well to create a lovely holiday home. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and felt like a home away from home. It is really central for everything around Como, including bars, restaurants, shops and the transport links.

4 flights of steps, no elevator. The sky light windows needed a cover screen for those who like to sleep in without bright light. The front door key was tricky to use.

was very clean and spacious, in a very good location, the host was extremely friendly and helpful

the stairs up to it could be a little steep if someone who struggled went but luckily for us we were fine!

The stairs. Unfortunately it is up four flights. Just don't bring a lot of luggage. It's worth the ascent.

The property was nice and the location was great

The lock broke twice and was a huge inconvenience. When you locked it from the inside it would take multiple tries to unlock it and felt like a fire hazard. The lock also broke once and we were stuck outside trying to fix it. We reached out to the host and they said they would try and fix it but to leave the door unlocked. The drain in the shower was also broken and so could only have short showers before the water overflowed on the floor

Bright, clean, comfortable, great location. Very quiet- great nights sleep

Little things - a dish clothe to help keep things clean- the terrace Cld do with some tlc. Bigger things the air con cld be better - be clearer about the stairs
