The house is lovely, the neighborhood safe, the host remarkable. We stayed two weeks and had everything we needed for our comfort. The artwork is gorgeous. None of that rental kitchy crap on these walls. The kitchen is well stocked. If it's not there you don't need it. My fave--a set of quality, sharp knives! Better than a five star hotel--you have a garage, kitchen and laundry in a great location. I hesitate giving this review only because it will be booked the next time we want to visit. First time in years I've wanted to return to a vacation rental. This exceeds it's write up and your expectations. Oh, did I mention the Spa robes?

He asked what we liked to drink and found our favorite beverages in the refrigerator . Allowed for a late checkout due to our flight time. No need to bring mayonnaise, ketchup, etc… all condiments were available . If you are on the fence about booking this place I hope this review helps make your decision. BOOK IT!

Stayed this weekend for the balloon fiesta and I can’t begin to describe what a wonderful stay we had. Lewis was the most attentive host I’ve ever had. He kept checking in on us and making sure everything was OK.
The home itself is beautiful. Even better than pictured. It is so comfortable - the beds are wonderful. There were all kinds of little thoughtful things sprinkled throughout the home. I am a bigger person and it had huge towels that actually wrapped around my body - and that was a delight.
The location was perfect. Nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood, but close to tons of stores/restaurants. Everything we did in Albuquerque was within a 15 minute drive.
I really can’t wait to visit Albuquerque again and when I do, I would stay here in a heartbeat.

We live near this property and were looking for a place to stay during a home renovation. The property was very clean and comfortable, and appointed with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and is very close to restaurants and shopping.

Property is well appointed and comfortable. The neighborhood is tranquil and well kept. A 3 plus mile running/walking/biking path is right across Wyoming Rd across the street from the neighborhood. Whole foods, Starbucks, Massage Envy, and other shops are an easy walk. Our host made sure to have everything set up for us and checked on us to make sure all was to our liking. What a great host and property!

Beautiful
This is a beautiful house inside and outside. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was close to the Sandía Mountains for a beautiful view. The house was very well stocked and immaculate!!

Property is well appointed and comfortable. The neighborhood is tranquil and well kept. A 3 plus mile running/walking/biking path is right across Wyoming Rd across the street from the neighborhood. The kitchen is fantastically stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware. There are spices, oil, condiments, two types of coffee, tea, sugar and powdered creamer. If you need to pick up cream or whatever, you can take a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods to get whatever you need and there's a Starbuck's in the same plaza.
I can't speak. highly enough about this property -- we loved staying there, and if we return to Albuquerque, I hope it's available!

This must be the best VRBO we've stayed at. The location is very good; the house is absolutely lovely; the owners are easy to communicate with, and no detail was spared.
The house is very spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean, functional and stocked with tissues, shampoo, and plenty of thick towels and washcloths.
The kitchen is fantastically stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware. There are spices, oil, condiments, two types of coffee, tea, sugar and powdered creamer. Everything was so nice. The place was immaculate and everything was there for us to use. No running to the store for laundry soap or first aid. They thought about all those things. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained.
I would highly recommend this place. Lewis was awesome and responded quickly to any questions.

This is a VERY NICELY decorated home in a very quiet neighborhood. Top shelf throughout! The ONLY thing I can suggest is a damp mopping of the hard surface floors since much of my lounging was in my white stocking feet. The socks were quite dirty after our first evening of lounging. Easy fix.

We enjoyed the eclectic decor of this condo. It was also super clean, well stocked and it was easy to contact the owners. For Balloon Fest week, the condo is close to the Hoffman Town shuttle stop. Nice shopping area within walking distance was another plus.

We enjoyed the eclectic decor of this condo. It was also super clean, well stocked and it was easy to contact the owners. For Balloon Fest week, the condo is close to the Hoffman Town shuttle stop. Nice shopping area within walking distance was another plus.

The house is very comfortable and spacious. Home is larger inside than the pictures show , also has a comfortable patio. The home is very clean and has all the amenities you need. The beds are very comfortable and the a/c units keep the house nice and cool. Highly recommend this home.

My parents, husband and I spent a week in this lovely townhome prior to our daughter's wedding. Many updates, very convenient to everything in ABQ and plenty of room for two couples (or a family) to work and play. The owners are very hospitable and accessible. Looking forward to future visits!
