Vita a Mare (Life at Sea) es una gran casa de vacaciones familiar situada en aproximadamente 700 metros cuadrados de terreno en la tranquila bahía de Old Erowal. Estamos a solo minutos en automóvil de la emblemática playa de Hyams y de las muchas atracciones turísticas que el área de la bahía de Jervis tiene para ofrecer, como el Parque Nacional Booderee, las rutas de senderismo para observar aves, los cruceros de observación de ballenas y delfines, la concurrida franja de huskisson en Owen st y mucho más. También estamos convenientemente ubicados a 2 minutos del mercado de Vincentia para sus necesidades diarias. Nuestra casa es un refugio de inspiración balinesa que puede alojar cómodamente a un par de familias. ¡Es su hogar lejos del hogar con una gran cocina totalmente equipada, potente 7. AIRE ACONDICIONADO de 6kw para calefacción / refrigeración, sala de estar con Smart TV de 55 pulgadas y NETFLIX! 3 habitaciones con armarios empotrados y una cuarta sala de juegos con mesa de cartas, televisión inteligente y juegos de mesa. El área de entretenimiento continúa al aire libre con un juego de mimbre y una barbacoa de 6 hornillas debajo de un patio cubierto que desemboca en un gran patio cerrado con un juego de juegos para niños y una variedad de árboles frutales nativos y plantados. También hay una vieja barbacoa de mortero que ahora se usa como pozo de fuego para esas largas noches parlanchinas. ¡También tenemos una configuración de espacio de oficina para aquellos que necesitan trabajar mientras están lejos con una impresora a color wifi en funcionamiento y Hi Speed NBN Wifi durante su estadía!

We had a lovely stay at Vita a Mare in Old Erowal Bay recently. The house is charming, clean and comfortable. Marianthe (the owner) was extremely helpful and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay!

The house is cute and in a great location - just a short drive to everything. It was also a great price for peak period. Sitting under the fairy lights at night is beautiful. The pizza oven is a great addition.
Negatives - The cleaners missed several major things so we advised the owners and that probably won't happen again. I think it's too small for the advertised 10 as the sofa bed is in the small lounge area which means people could not use the couches. I know that's in the detail but it's hard to work out the exact size of rooms with photos. We had to contact the owner for linen for the sofa bed even though we booked for nine. Would have been nice to have a couple of spare hand towels and bath mats as one didn't cut it with nine people drying their hands for one week. We had to go purchase more. Only four dinning chairs, a few stackable small stools would have meant more people could sit at once at the table. We couldn't use the cupboards due to the musty smell :-/

We had a wonderful time away at this home - the pictures don’t do it justice. Unfortunately we had horrible weather the whole time so couldn’t utilise the incredible outdoor space, but everything else was great.
We did have to get a new gas bottle / lighter for oven but that was fine.
Would stay again.

We had such a great holiday away with friends for my birthday. The house was in a great location and just what we needed. The only suggestion is to update your photos because we were surprised at how much nicer it was and looked from the photos. Overall great home!
