Esta es una bonita y pequeña caja de playa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Nuestro hogar lejos de casa.
A solo 5 cuadras del sonido. El dormitorio principal cuenta con baño privado con ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, mientras que el tercero tiene una litera y una cama individual. El salón cuenta con un sofá cama. En general, la casa tiene camas para 9 personas. El baño del pasillo cuenta con una combinación de bañera y ducha. En la cocina encontrará lo básico, además de un lavavajillas y Keurig. La sala de estar tiene capacidad para 6 al igual que la mesa del comedor. También hay una isla de cocina con dos asientos adicionales. El amplio porche delantero es un gran lugar para relajarse al final del día y disfrutar de las estrellas. La casa está situada en un tranquilo vecindario de propietarios para una auténtica experiencia de Outer Banks, a solo minutos de las atracciones que se encuentran a lo largo de 158.

Great house in a perfect central location. Our family of six had more than enough space and the kids loved the bunk room. The house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again!

Our family had a great stay at the home. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and set up perfect for the family. Having the the beach chairs and other extra items were an added bonus. We definitely would recommend this place and will be returning for future stays!

This was our first time to OBX and we had a wonderful time. The house was clean and had beach chair and toys, many households, games, and an outdoor shower in addition to the 2 bathrooms. We went to the aquarium on a rainy day about 25/30 min away. Target is 3 min away. This is a great location to walk to the Bay Area and see the sunset and watch the sunrise at the beach side. The owner was helpful and kind. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends! We only wished we could have stayed longer.

We loved the location of this house and the quiet neighborhood near the sound! It was a perfect place for the teenagers to ride bikes and take evening walks. It’s also close enough to local restaurants, shopping, activities etc that you don’t have to drive too far. The house itself was a good size for 3 adults and two teens and came stocked with everything we needed (except linens, which we knew ahead of time). My only negative would be that the house was a little messy upon our arrival - we found crumbs on the kitchen floor and around the furniture in the living room and it didn’t look like anyone had cleaned behind the furniture in the bedrooms. But we swept and vacuumed before settling in and it was no big deal. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It is clean and well kept. The weather this weekend was unfortunately stormy, but there were plenty of games and coloring books to help entertain our group (ages 1-5 yrs). And just about everything we needed to cook and serve food was available in the kitchen. The neighborhood is very nice and close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Very nice little home in a very quiet little neighborhood. Decent sized bedrooms and nice open living/dining/kitchen area. Had almost everything you would need for an infant which was a big plus! Owner was very easy to chat with.

Great OBX House
For the second year in a row, we enjoyed a great week at the beach at the seesaw. The house is great for a family with kids. Close to the beaches and all that KDH has to offer. We look forward to coming again. Charles is a great host.

Nice stay at Sea Saw!
This house is exactly as described in the listing and extremely clean. Close to everything as it is situated pretty much in the middle of OBX. Easy drive to the public beach accesses and close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of room for my husband and I, and our 2 college age kids. Owners responsive and helpful. We hope to return to OBX soon and hope this house will be available!

The house was spotless & very simply appointed. Beds were comfortable. We liked the location with towns to the north & south to visit. Duck is a must see. We have rented homes through VRBO all across the country & would highly recommend this house & definitely would rent again.

Outstanding
I can not say enough about our stay! The home was very clean neat and tidy! The owners are awesome and super nice and was easy to get ahold of if we would need anything! They let us check in early! The home is located near the public beach accesses, shops, Restaurants! I would most defiantly recommend this Rental property! there was plenty of room the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped , if I could I would give it a 10 star rating! We will definitely be returning and this home would our FIRST choice! Thanks so much to the owners for a wonderful stay!
