Nuestro condominio de 1 dormitorio (loft) y 1. 5 baños se trata de su ubicación cerca del corazón del distrito turístico histórico de Durango. El condominio está a solo 5 cuadras (a menos de 10 minutos a pie) de la histórica Main Street y una oferta aparentemente interminable de restaurantes, tiendas y galerías.
Hay un lugar de estacionamiento cubierto debajo del edificio y el condominio cuenta con una lavadora / secadora y un pequeño balcón. Está ubicado justo enfrente de la cafetería Durango Joes y de Durango Natural Foods Coop.

This was a great stay for a work trip that occurred during holidays, and we really enjoyed Durango from this location.
Everything was just exactly perfect except for I had to do a small bit of cleaning upon arrival, and more importantly, the dryer heat seemed to vent directly into that closet (not sure if it was venting outside).

This condo unit was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, so conveniently located, quiet, safe, with covered parking…we were able to easily walk to downtown so a couple of days we didn’t even use our car. With the Sojo Amenity boxes throughout the unit, we had everything we needed for our stay.

My husband and I stayed here in June 2023 to check in on our youngest son who is an FLC student. We love the proximity to the college and downtown, although I find that walking to downtown is a bit of a stretch.
The unit was super clean and fit all of our needs. The bed was very comfortable.
A few maintenance notes:
The ceiling fan cover in the master bath is dangling from the ceiling by a thread. Looks like it may fall off any moment.
The shower water pressure was very low.
The spray wand in the kitchen sink was stuck in the 'on' position, so turning on the kitchen water resulted in us getting sprayed in the torso. My husband tinkered with it over the weekend to get it unstuck, but it should really be replaced.

Great location to walk to downtown, yet quiet. We never heard any of the other tenants in the building. A coffee shop and two breakfast places within steps of the property. Nice and clean condo with a balcony and king sized bed.

Great location, some traffic noise, and stairs up to the unit. The first photo in the listing said there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. It is just a loveseat. Other than a few small things, the condo was comfortable and well equipped.

The location was the best part of this condo. Coffee and grocery right across the street. Also, walking distance to town for meals & shopping. Condo was tiny but clean & comfortable. King bed in loft was surprisingly firm & comfy. Good TV & WIFI. Neighborhood & building were pleasant & quiet. Kitchen had only salt & pepper, nothing else.

Upon arrival, the instructions told us to go up the outside stairs with a code to get in the door on the 2nd floor. We hauled our luggage up there, and the code didn’t work AND there was a sun faded note on the door saying to use a different stairwell because this one was deemed unsafe. We then hauled our luggage to the opposite side of the building to the other door, and the entry code did not work at that door either. After calling the management company and sitting and waiting for about 20 minutes (outside with our luggage after a long day of travel) a resident of the building let us in. She told us the code that was given to us hasn’t been used in over 6 months. Once she let us in and gave us the code, things were fine. We happened to be there for a wedding and needed an iron, the one in the condo was old and had rusty water coming out of it. We bought a new one and left it there. We were promptly reimbursed for the iron and also given a $100 refund off the condo price for the hassles of check in. Would stay here again but I would ask the property manager to confirm the code prior to getting there.

Good location. Liked having a covered space for my car. The floors where alittle dirty as evidenced on my socks. The afternoons were uncomfortable inside around 85 since no AC. I closed blinds and opened the one window available but just not enough air flow. But nights cooled down and was pleasant.

Great location and nice property with all of the accommodations. A few repairs were needed in the condo and building but overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Great place and location
This is a great place, and I would definitely stay there again. It has everything that you need, including cookware, etc.There is parking designated on the ground floor of the building, and a security system for entry to the apartment area. There is a medium-sized grocery store just across the street, and It is just a couple of minutes drive to the large grocery store. You can walk to the main area of the town for stores and restaurants.

Great location and amenities but a little pricey so I doubt we will come back at this price. Description says it doesn't have A/C but it does which was nice since it was very hot during the day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and in a great location to downtown. The parking is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle (truck), but we were still able to fit.
Only downside: The staircase the check-in instructions told us to use was broken. There was no sign at the bottom of the stairs. So we walked up and there is a huge hole at the top by the door and a sign on the door saying to use the front entrance instead. Very dangerous! Instructions need to be updated until that staircase is fixed.

The water pressure in the shower is really low. Downstairs area is quiet, but when in the bedroom I can hear the other rooms, we used a white noise app.

Location was great and photos give a good sense of what to expect. Kitchen is stocked with the basics, and it’s a great place to land after exploring the area. No shortage of ways to enjoy the outdoors near Durango!

Visited Durango for 3 nights. We choose this property due to its proximity (0.5 miles)to the main section of Durango that has shopping and restaurants. There are restaurants and shops nearby the unit as well. Everything was better than expected, and we highly recommend this unit for any stay in Durango.

Durango Summer Stay
Colorado is a beautiful place to be in August to beat the Texas heat and hike. Durango is a charming town and this location was a perfect location for us to walk to Main Street, dine, get our morning coffee, and not ever have to drive to do so. Easy in, easy out, great parking spot. The neighbors in the building are friendly. It was quiet at night. The condo itself is clean and roomy upstairs and downstairs. Great size for 2, max 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children.

I visited this apartment with my wife, toddler son and dog. Everyone loved it. 5-10 minute walk to downtown, with trails right out the door.

Wonderful location!! Walked everywhere. Try food coop across the street, we had salads and wonderful produce daily. We usually request a Vrbo with a hot tub but we saw Amaya day spa down the street. We walked for hot/ cold tubs and sauna and had massages! We walked to downtown every day for shopping and restaurants. Best breakfast at the college cafe across the street as well!

Quick Ski Trip
The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Very clean and not far from Purgatory Ski Resort. I’d recommend this place - we had a fabulous time!

The living room was rearranged in a better layout that what you see in the photos which imo is way better now. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend.

The accompanying photo is false. The condo was much darker than the photo shows. It was not at all clean and after I personally cleaned it, it was hard to keep clean as particles blew out of the air conditioning. It is an old building with poor ventilation and dirt that falls out of the walls and works its way up through the floor. The baseboards were loose and did come off the frame of the door upstairs. For the money charged, this condo was not worth it.

This condo in Durango was an excellent base of operations for my 3-day stay in southern Colorado. Everything was as advertised, and the property was quite agreeable. Given the open floor-plan, I think it is ideal for an individual, or a couple, but would be less than ideal for more than two people.
